Hi Pinoykiwi at sa mga members at great advisers here. I'm planning to apply kasi for SMC visa with my wife and I will be the principal applicant. Regarding COE, kelangan din bang iprovide ng wife ko lahat ng COE nya with JD from all her employers? She's working since 2008 for 7 companies in different industries. Or pwede kahit yung 4 last employers lang nya ang hingan nya then yung first 3 e yung normal COE lang (without JD)?

salamat po ModM sa reply. Pano naman po pala yung paggawa ng COE. Kasi for my case din gagawa na lang ako ng COE with JD na papapirmahan ko sa HR or Boss ko. Yung ilalagay ko bang date of the certificate kung kelan ko ginawa yung paper ay yung current date po ba, even if the work is years ago pa? Tama po di ba?

Thank you po. Gumawa na po ko ng draft COE with JD, submitted and tried to explain to my previous companies na need ng JD to show my scope of work. One of my boss ay may doubt na kelangan nga, kasi sabi nya sa akin na they cannot issue na may JD. I am still trying to convince him, so ang naisip ko sendan sya ng link na makikita nya yung COE should have JD, or kahit screenshot na nakaindicate dun ang requirements. Nagbackread ako ng mga thread, di ako makakita. Right now kasi we are first securing tong mga docs.

Baka kasi wala kayo JD originally. Baka naman sa contract mo or sa performance appraisals/KPIs mo nakalagay naman.

yup wala po kami JD originally sa COE. They can just give me the normal COE. Pero ngayon he told me na send ko sa kanya ang list of requirements(which can show COE with JD is in the list). I dont know but maybe he is trying to make it sure na doon ko nga po gagamitin and COE sa pagaapply sa NZ.
Yung COE with JD po ba ay san po sya papasok na requirement, is it during IQA stage or at the EOI stage.
Ask ko din po kung may nkakaalam po ba san ko kukuhain yung link where it shows na needed sya.

Hi! Question po. Yung husband ko kasi yung principal applicant if ever. Ang question ko if nag-apply ba ako ng work sa nz, need ko ba ipresent lahat ng COE ko from my previous employers ko? Or puwede na ba yung sa current employer lang?

ysai, hihingi sila ng contact details ng mga referees mo...then email or tawagan nila to confirm what was written in your CV as well as how you relate with your colleagues atbp...usually they would require your immediate supervisor or manager as your referee...

Goodevening po. Planning pa lang kami magsubmit ng EOI. Pero gusto sana namin before mag-submit nagaayos na din ng documents based sa nababasa ko dito. Meron po ba dito na na-approve kahit walang COE? SSS screenshot lang? Yung husband ko kasi 2 companies closed na. Tapos yung isang company naman, hindi nagrereply sa emails. Thanks po sa sasagot.

Hi Good PM/AM po. Sirs/Mam question lang po kung pwede. Kasi I used to work sa isang Hospital (Dr Fe Del Mundo Childrens Hospital), recently nag try ako manghingi po ako ng COE sa kanila, I found out na di na sila Dr Fe Del Mundo Childrens Hospital.. they have a new name and a new management. The current HR advised me po na there was no proper turnover to them by the previous HR (due to a legal issue daw po between old and new management) and they cannot provide any COE for me. Although bago mag palit ng name and management yung hospital I was able to secure a COE kasi i also worked abroad.
Any insight / recommendation on what i can do is appreciated po.

Hi ysai For SSS employment history much better if you're going request for the print out from SSS branch para my signature talaga Ng SSS officer and for COE naman Kung closed Na talaga Ung company and you can't reach the HR or previous Manager by all means, you can provide them statutory declaration. Along with this statutory you can give some evidences like previous payslips, contracts and previous colleagues as reference. |

Hello po sa lahat! Heto na naman ako, hihingi ng advise.  Nag work po ako sa Convergys(Ortigas) for 6 months nung 2008. Pero nawala ko yung COE ko. Tumawag ako at nag tanong if pwede pang humingi ng copy (nasa abroad kasi ako, so di ako maka punta personally). Pero pinasa pasa lang ako ng HR, hanggang may nag sabi na "patawagin mo nalang sa amin ang immigration kung may tanong sila sa employment mo". Since yun lang ang sagot nila. Ok lang ba na kukuha nalang ako ng "Affidavit of Loss"? At ilalagay dun na nag work ako sa CVG for 6 months pero nawala ang COE ko at di na magbigay ang company at pwede nalang tumawag sa CVG if may tanong about sa employment ko sa kanila? Hoping na may sumagot. |

ryannz Naayos mo na yun COE sa Convergys? Kung hindi pa, share ko lang: nagemail lang ako sa kanila tapos sumagot naman, at napakuha ko na rin. Try mo magemail dito- EldrinJohn.Castillo@convergys.com Ok lang ba maglagay ng ganitong email address dito? Idelete ko na lang mamaya kung bawal.

bebang you can use your old COE.. The problem would be the contact person, kailangan kase nun.. SMC ba ang aaplayan mo?

bebang ahhh hindi ka naman sis principal applicant so there is nothing to worry about. Hindi mo rin kailangan pa iexplain yun sa NZQA dahil ang ina assess naman nila talaga ay yung tinapos mo (transcript at diploma). Sa ITA naman sis ang isusubmit mo lang ay yung NZQA result mo para maka claim ng points si husband mo sa iyo so wala ka namang dapat alalahanin dahil hindi ka naman PA sis.. so para sakin ok na yang old COE mo ang ipasa mo sa NZQA. Question, Plano ko pong lumipat ng work at workplace. Should I get a COE from my NZ employer? Karamihan kasi ng kakilala ko at napagtanongan ko dito sa Auckland is hindi na sila kumukuha nung lumipat na sila ng work at workplace.
From July 2015 (student visa) - Present (Job search visa since May)

@dale, probably you may need to get COE. Eventually you will apply for residency and you will have to prove your working experience and skills so you need to provide INZ your COE's. Sa mga dumating dito na residente na agad or residente na status ngayon, siguro hindi na need himingi pa ng COE kasi residente na eh. Unless may plan magapply pa sa ibang bansa. At the end it's up to you kasi hindi mo naman kelngan ng COE kung lilipat ka lang ng bagong company. |
