alvinting, Kung meron kang CEO tapos hindi sya detailed you can also attached yung signed contract mo. Kasi po malaking bagay yung makikita nila yung detail of responsibilities mo, dun po nila inaassess yung ninominate mong trabaho.

May mga HR head naman na accomodating once you inform them na gagamitin for immigration yung COE. On my case, tinanong lang ako about sa duties ko and pina-verify na lang sa supervisor ko. It pays na kakilala and friend mo sa facebook yung HR head. Hehe

Me the same, I just came from previous employer HR. everything is in the database system issuance of COE. HR manager will only issue the position and period of employment despite of my request to issue with Job description. Now, I'm thinking to request previous company department manager a reference letter with brief description of duties and responsibilities.

For job description it always helps if you draft something for them and have them edit before signing.

I agree with sis ModM. It's better if you will be the one to make the Job description, and let the HR reviewed it then sign. Baka mas mapabilis pa kapag ganun

I've got my COE already. I have prepared and brought with me the sample letter in my USB before going to the HR office of my ex employer. I've offer the sample letter with Job description in my USB but declined by them. They will only issue their standard COE as advise by their legal dept. Ganyan dito sa Saudi minsan. They like to show their muscle. Kaya nakakasawa na rin. In my own point view, they don't really have legal obligation even they issue COE with job description. JD will only show duties and responsibilities of an employee. Anyway, one step at a time, makakarating din tayo sa pupuntahan.

Do not burn your bridges ika nga. Kapag maayos ang pakikitungo sa mga katrabaho and dumating iyong time na need mo ng mag move on and start a new path, they will be glad to help you.

Para sa mga may problema sa template here's my tip, "Submit whatever evidence you have regardless of the format"
Why, most COs are very accommodating and they can compromise if you can't provide with the recommended format due to some HR policies. However, they may ask you some other documents if they needed more informations.
Just like in my case. Sarado na company so wala ng chance para humingi pa ko ng new COE or other documents. So I gave them what I only have and they accepted it.

Hi sweetesc, Try to ask your manager or supervisor na humingi sa kanila ng letter regarding sa job description mo. Pede iconsider ni CO mo yan.

sweetesc meron ka ba makukuha paper na may company letter head? if yes, you can just request an ordinary coe from hr and have your direct superior provide the job description and signed it on a paper with company letter head.

Hi sweetesc ung ginawa ko po is ako po mismo nag draft ng letter with the details of my work at the company then pinabasa sa manager for review. Then once satisfied na cya sa contents I print the certificate of employment with matching company letter head. Together with this COE sinali ko rin po ung COE na issue from HR with basic info lang. Bale 2 COE ung binigay ko.

elo sweetesc same CO tayo at very accommodating naman sya (with sweet voice) yung HR kasi namin standard COE lang pinoprovide kaya gumawa ako ng sariling COE with company letter head eto yung template na sinundan ko for my COE with detailed description at pinapirmahan ko sa manager ko Skilled Employment Reference Examplemajority yan ang gamit ng mga IT na nag aapply sa AU dahil provided sya ng ACS (Australian Computer Society) for migration skill assessment

Hello All,
Question po. Yung company namin ayaw mag.provide ng COE that states "To whom it may concern". Dapat daw may addressee since currently employed ako with them. Any advise on whom they should address it to?
Should it just say, "TO NZ Immigration Officer"?

itchworking I like your employer kasi sa totoo lang hindi naman talaga dapat yang to whom it may concern gamitin kasi alam mo naman ang purpose. Pwede mo ilagay Immigration Officer Case no mo Immigration New Zealand Shanghai Branch (if you are assigned dito) Address Sent from my GT-I9505 using proboards

1. Ok na po ba ang CoE na naka print sa letter head paper, signed by my manager, indicated ang position ko, detailed po ang responsibilities and may period of employment(inclusive dates)? Pero wala po itong information about salary at hindi rin naka specify na full time employment (pero full time po ako talaga).

I think okay lang kahit wala yung term na full time. I think okay lang yun kasi Naka indicate na yung period. As for the letterhead etc di ko alam. I don’t understand why some companies do not want to give CoE. Sent from my GT-I9505 using proboards
