Happy 1st of December po sa inyong lahat! 24 days na lang Christmas na, woooot! I'm not sure po if meron ng nagtanong about this before, if yes sana po you can provide me the link. Salamat po. Bale my question is, di ba po sa kelangan iprovide yun COE kapag mag-pass ka sa NZQA, does it include po your current employer? If yes po, ano pong sinabi nyo sa current employer nyo nun nagrequest kayo? Sinabi nyo po ba na your applying sa NZ? I'm afraid po kasi na iterminate yun contract ko kapag nalaman nila na nag-apply ako sa NZ. Contractual lang po kasi ako sa current work ko, so nagwoworry ako na kapag sinabi ko e once na mawalan ako ng project bigla nila akong tanggalin which is ayaw ko naman pong mangyari kasi syempre if mag-apply kami we need to save money. Sayang un masasave ko kung mawawalan ako ng work. baka po pwede namang pashare ng experiences nyo... salamat ng marami!
elo sweetesc same CO tayo at very accommodating naman sya (with sweet voice) yung HR kasi namin standard COE lang pinoprovide kaya gumawa ako ng sariling COE with company letter head eto yung template na sinundan ko for my COE with detailed description at pinapirmahan ko sa manager ko Skilled Employment Reference Examplemajority yan ang gamit ng mga IT na nag aapply sa AU dahil provided sya ng ACS (Australian Computer Society) for migration skill assessment

Sa akin kasi mabait boss ko, ang sbi ko lang e for new zealand visa.. Ngayon, nde ako sure sa situation mo.. Pede ka siguro hingi ng coe s hr tapos gwa ka na lang ng parang CV o jd ng work mo, iattach mo dun s coe mo.. Sensya na, wala ako gnu maadvice..

Tama po yung suggestion ni sniff. Usually maiintindihan naman na hindi ka pa makakakuha ng COE for your current employment so you can send them a full copy of your job contract.

Makiki-hijack po ng thread since related naman...
2 sa previous Employers ko ang nagsara pero meron akong COE from them with detailed format (Job title, Detailed roles and responsibilities, Tenure, etc). Now, should I use this and just put a note na hindi na sila operational OR I need to secure a new one from my previous colleagues na pwedeng ma-contact nila for verification?

Hi jhiengle! Sorry at wala pa palang nag-confirm ng sagot sa question mo. Hindi ko kabisado ang NZQA process. Kailangan pala ang COE kapag nag-apply ng NZQA? Hhhmm.. NZQA IQA Documents requiredPalagay ko okay lang kung gawa ka ng job description kahit walang pirma. Kung sakaling mag-require ng additional documents siguro i-inform ka naman nila (really not sure about this though).

Compiling all certificate of employment questions and answers here: 1. I have several employers na po marami na din po ako pinangalingan na work, lumilipat dahil di sapat ang kinikita para mabuhay ang aking pamilya. gusto ko po sana malaman kung nagbabackground check po ba sila ng mga companies? ksi po na lost track na po ako i started working 2002 and from 2005 nawala na po ako ng track un mga dates and even un mga certificate of employment ko nawala na din nung binaha kami ng ondoy. Base sa experience ko, yes they do background check. Unfortunately, kailangan mong alalahanin yung mga dates, hindi naman kailangan saktong araw, at least month and year naman ayos na. Baka lang maging problema kung wala kang mapepresent na proof, kasi kung iisipin mong maigi, kahit sino puwede mag imbento ng work experience, when you claim points for experience, the burden of proof is on the applicants to satisfy the immigration officers that what you claim is true. Kung wala kang mape-present, baka mahihirapan kang mapaniwala sila and hindi mo maclaim and points na kailangan mo to qualify. You have to be creative in thinking of ways how you can get those docs kasi kakailanganin mo talaga sila.

Meron ako lahat na COE kaso hindi indicated yun job description kasi uncommon naman sa Pinas ang naglalagay nito. Yung current work ko lang my Job Description as IE kasi binagay mismo ng company duties and responsibilities ko. Eh pano yung ibang job title ko na hindi naman IE (i.e. yard manager, quality manager, quality management representative/project engineer), mag request pa din ba ako ng panibagong COE w/ job description nito sa mga previous employer ko? Pano kaya yun first job ko, nagsara na yun company, include ko pa ba yun COE w/o job description (non-IE) sa pagpasa sa NZQA? hi ed, pede na po un sample mo sa taas.. cgru sa work references, ipasa mo na lang kung anung meron kang available na COE.. kung makakahingi ka ng detailed COE, mas maganda.. kng wala naman, kht regular coe n lng, atleast may isa kang coe na may job description.. un mga hindi related dun sa icclaim mo sa shortage list, pedeng wag mo na po iinclude sa work references..

lahat ba dadaan nang sa NZQA? or depende? hi boofman: di ba nagpasa na kyo ng EOI last Feb 13? panu nyo mo nalaman ung level ng qualification nyo? nasa list of exempted schools po ba kayo? just curious lang kasi parang di mo sure kng need ng NZQA or not. and tama po si denz, minsan kahit nasa exempted list, hinihingan pa din (case to case) but generally pag exempted ung school, di na hinahanapan ng NZQA. did you take PAR first? or exempted na nga yung schools nyo? dami kong tanong anol hehe.. hope ok naman lahat ng clinaim nyong points sa EOI. Sayang un masasave ko kung mawawalan ako ng work. baka po pwede namang pashare ng experiences nyo... salamat ng marami! hi tinker jhings.. sorry di ko pala nareplyan to. based sa nakausap kong NZQA officer na pinay dati, di naman talaga nila tinitingnan ung work experience sa pag-aassess ng qualification. they solely base on the transcript / course details kasi ung ang kelangan nila for comparability. you can also send resume/CV to indicate summary of your work experience. i think for NZQA enough na un. dun na lang sa ITA stage, need ng mga COEs kasi need mo na iprove dun ung mga clinaim mong points. dun naman sa worry mo about losing your job if you inform them you are applying for NZ migration, you can always put naman other reasons like New Zealand tourist/visitor visa application kunwari magbabakasyon kayo or bank loan purpose, etc. importante lang naman dun ung acknowlegement o signature o endorsement nila. Thanks belle, at least ok pag ganun, I have my coe, but its all generic, so i should suport it with employment contract, do you think it would be ok?, yan kasi ang hurdle ko sa ACS when I tried OZ, kaya I decided to apply to NZ since medyo mas ok ang processo nila

Hi japo32..pwede mo din i-attach yung job description/terms of reference or contracts na usually binibigay ang copy sa employee pagka-hire or pag wala ka ng copy, nasa HR file naman yun. It is a good supporting document kasi pwedeng makita dun yung nature/description ng company, list of qualifications/competencies/skills/level of experience needed for the job, main duties, pati nga working conditions or any equipment/instruments you would be operating, etc..God bless sa application nyo..

That's true kaya hindi rin ako kumuha ng COE sa current employer ko. But we posted this many times na other than COE you can also present the ff: Contract, Payslips, Tax records, Reference Letter from a Colleague. Kung may COE kayo w/o JD then might as well present that as additional evidence.
