ivanbicol1985, did they mention the reason for not furnishing you one? # They were telling me that they do not have any obligations to grant my request. What am i thinkin instead of COE from that company i will just send my contract from that company and a working pass details. Is it okay?

Gaya ng hihingi ka ng COE to apply housing loan in the Philippines or any bank loans. If ever na ayaw parin nila magbigay pwede kang gumawa ng statutory declarations or hingi ka ng letter from your Manager or any senior level colleague. Thanks for the info. Wala akong choice.

Hello po,
Issue: Closed na yung previous company, and 10% chances to give us COE as per updates nung HR na kakilala namin. Yung owner, declare nya yung company as closed and bankrupt. Then nagtayo ulit sila ng bagong company which is different entity daw from the previous.
In case di kami mabigyan, would it be ok na submit yung COE namin na nabigay nung nagresign kami then get certificate from SEC stating na yung company is closed na. May impact ba yun sa IQA?
Thanks po.
Best Regards, dsdgel

Hello dsdgel pwede ka mag pagawa Ng statutory declaration and yung lumang COE mo, sss contributions etc pwede mo gamiting supporting documents. May similar thread na din regarding COE. Try to search Certificate of Employment.

Ano ginawa nyo guys?

ivanbicol1985, you can explain in your letter/list to CO why you do not have a COE from that specific company. But you have to be prepared to provide other proof of employment like your employment contract, work pass, contribution forms, payslip, sample emails, any letter/memo from that company, letter from former boss..etc The PAGIBIG Home Fund lists, if you can get one is also a big help, because it will have your employment history dsdgel, you can use the PAGIBIG HOme Fund list, if you can obtain one. YOu guys can check out the thread pinoykiwi.com/thread/2191/documents-prepare-smc-ita-2016?page=1 and see if you can pickup some more documents which you think may help you

Few years ago nakakuha ako noon through email, paki check po yung website ni pagibig kung may hotline sila or email suppport nagrereply naman sila within 48 hours.

madmax I got a copy from our office. Not sure if your company will provide you one. Maybe you can inquire from PAGIBIG if you can have the same one. It is the PAGIBIG Home Fund Member's Data Form

"To Case Officer (New Zealand Visa Application)", or ano ba ang pinaka tama? Ayaw kasi nila ng "To whom it may Concern" TIA!!!

Bro pwede rin "To Immigration Office New Zealand". This is what I did on some of my COEs.

hello guys! just wanna ask, yung COE w/ JD plus supporting documents (like job offer, contract, payslip, ID, tax contribs, etc.) ba yung principal applicant lang ang magpoprovide? Or need din ba magprovide yung partner (na kinuhanan ng points) ng same COE w/ JD plus supporting documents as stated above?
hope you can advise :) salamats!

eugene, it would help kung magbibigay din partner mo, pero i think no need na yung payslips, job offer, contract and tax contri, with my experience, i did not submit those, baka pampabigat lang yan

oww. okie! salamat sa reply MrWhite :) Actually, yung wife ko yung principal and she'll just get the points from me.. So I suppose, ok na tong standard COE for my part, right? Or maybe I'll just give whatever I have together with my standard COEs as supporting docs naren.

eugene , I claimed points from my wife but I did not provide any COE from her. Actually, Degree cert, Tor, At English as medium of instruction coming from her school lang. That's all as I am only claiming for her degree lang naman and nakaspecify sa ITA list na yun lang ang mga ipasa ko. Naisip ko din baka it might get more complicated if I will provide more other than what was stated. Inisip ko kasi baka mas madami pang itanong sa wife ko during the interview. =)

oh. seriously? wow.. super thanks sa response mo.. FelixDaCat nabasa ko kasi somewhere here in the forum na when in doubt, just pass everything that you have.. hahaha.. i see.. sabagay, claiming points from partner's recognized qualifications naman refers to your partner's educational BG (level 1-10).. in any case, i-ready ko nalang din yung standard COEs ko. baka lang manghingi ng additional doc ang CO. PARANG nabasa ko din kasi here na hiningian ng work docs ung partner ng isang member.. (not really sure..) and i don't mind naman kung tanungin ako ng marami sa interview. hehe. :) ayt. salamat uli sa inyo guys :)
