Hi cyphrick, Thanks for the reply. Sa case ng asawa ko 18 years na kasi cya sa company at iba na ang JD niya no'ng na hired cya dati.Paano ang pag gawa ng reference letter from colleague? E honor ba nila yon? maka extract ang hubby sa performance appraisal kasi nasa system nila pero walang signature ng boss, e honor kaya yon?

hello, SGtoNZ, sa case ko naman ako gumawa ng Job Description ko and pinaendorse ko sa kasama ko sa office (same position or higher pede naman). andun ung contact details nya para in case tawagan sya. printed din in company letterhead. para sa ibang work details like full time employment, position, date hired, 8.5hours per day, 5 days a week, pati salary sa HR ko na pinagawa yun. mabait naman HR naming walang tanong tanong. hehe. sinama ko din pala ung calling cards ko sa company (3 times kasi nagpalit ng company name buti na lang kada palit may calling cards akong naitabi).

Naku ang hirap kumuha ng COE sa company ng hubby ko, HR nila needs specific purpose, dahil Visa purposes, dapat isulat sa request form nila ang tentative schedule ng alis at duration.

add ko lang po sa list ni mam itanalyst kasi nabasa ko sa kabilang thread. - letter head ng company with address and tel # or email - job position, full /part time, perm etc, date - duties/responsibilities - ung iba nakalagay din ata ilang hours sila nagwwork , sa akin wala nito - salary - signed by hr or manager mo - indication from company that English was the main means of communication. (proof of current capacity to utilize English as a language.)

japo32, what do you mean "natapos yung buong SMC process"? If you are pertaining to after ITA lodging, may dalawang posibilidad. Una, pag hindi sila satisfied sa COE nia (e.g. no. of hours worked is not indicated, duties/responsibilities mismatch). Pangalawa, normally they ask for payslip, bir tax return, SSS printout, and other proof of employment. I suggest that you ask your friend to read the EOI application guide, INZ opsmanual, and threads in this forum so that he/she can prepare in case he missed something. Wait natin yung opinion ng iba. Hi japo32, I'm a newbie here. Ask ko lang sana regards sa COE... Equivalent ba yan ng employment contract natin? If yung employment contract indicated my job title but never specified any job description, okay lang kayang isubmit un sa ITA? Salamat!

Hi jomski45! Yung COE ay hindi equivalent sa contract pero pwede mo magamit yung contract to prove yung duties and responsibilities mo if not indicated sa COE (which is the usual case).

Hello po. Kelangan ko nang mag prepare ng COE. Ano po ang required? Me sample letter ba kayo na pwede kong makita?. Kasi nag request ako ng letter before pa at walang job description at work hours na sinulat. Ang sabi sakin ay d raw sila nagpprovide ng job description....

tinker jhings, wala pa rin news for CO allocation Nag followup na ko last week, mukhang loaded talaga sila...ang sabi lang sa akin..."very soon"...pero nakaka 1 week na uli after follow up...wala pa rin news... Ay talaga po? Kahit name ng CO walang binigay? Ang tagal tagal naman... sana naman bago mag Pasko ay may balita na sila para sa inyo at sa amin na din. CO namin di na ulit nagparamdam, 1 month ago yun last na paramdam nya nanghingi sya ng tulong na ifollow up yun verification ng employment records ko, nag-email ako sa dati kong employer ang sabi nila nagreply na daw sila sa INZ. Ang pakunswelo ko na lang is at least alam kong nagveverify na si CO at alam ko din na nareceive na nyang reply from my previous employments. Konting hintay pa at for sure magkakabalita na din ang application. ATB po sa inyo tinker jhings, dun po sa email na binigay nyo sa EOI para sa employer nyo is yung HR manager po ba? kasi po yung sa akin mga officemate ko lng at yung iba namn ay previous manager ko. ok lng ba to or need na HR manager email add ang ibigay? Sir marvit, nimove ko pong post mo here. I think much better po if group email ng HR ang ibigay mo (not specific person) so that when that person is out another HR personnel can reply to it. Sa CoE mo po ba sinong nag-issue? Kapag HR po at operational pa naman yun company better use your HR mail po. If yun CoE mo ay provided by your teammates/manager at close na yun company then your best move po is put their names as contact person. Just make sure lang po na yun CoE provided by them includes statutory declaration. Wait po natin inputs ng iba... ATB

Hi janno, Wala namang format na standard but it must contain ung position mo, duration, number of hours(full time nilagay ko), job description at company letterhead. Yong sa akin, ako lang gumawa then I had my boss proof read it at ipinapirma ko sa HR Manager namin. Ganito ko sya inilagay.... Duration of Employment : Full Time (Permanent) August XX, XXXX to June XX, XXXX Position : Test Engineer Primary Responsibility : Qualification, buy off and release .................................................. Fulfilling the roles: • Test program qualification, optimization, and maintenance. • Provides technical support to test production line by resolving issues related to product, test program, hardware, or test system. ........... janno, tama sabi ni sis lea wala naman specific format na need. For my case kung anu yun inissue ng HR yun ang isinubmit ko INZ however I also included other evidences for the employment record eg. employment contract, job offer, job description, ID(ctc), tax returns at sss contributions. HTH

ATB hi tinker jhings, thanks. d2 sa current employer ko medyo di po palagay ang loob ko na HR ang ilagay ko. Ayaw ko lang kasi mbgyan ng idea yung company ko na ngaaply ako sa NZ. Tingin ko kc for sure ipapaalam ng HR sa manager ko kung sakali. May mga pinoy na kasi kaming kasama na napauwi dahil sa kanya. It's not the same case pero lam mo na po pwede nyang gawin kung malaman nya na may intention na akong umalis d2. Or is it best pa rin kung HR ang ilagay ko na contact person? TIA

marvit alam mo dilemma ko din yan before, kung ipapaalam ko ba or hindi sa current employer ko yun plan ko to migrate kasi contractual lang din ako dito. But after thinking and weighing things out nagdecide ako na sabihin na din sa manager at hr namin yun plan ko. inisip ko kasi whatif during verification pa nila malaman yun plan ko baka masamain nila kasi binypass ko sila at isa pa sooner or later malalaman din nila at mas gusto ko na sa akin nila malaman. I set some expectations, like di naman immediate yun alis ko timeframe will be 12-24 months, na tatapusin ko contract ko at it won't affect yun performance ko etc. Muntik din akong magproblema dito buti na lang kinampihan ako nun HR namin, kasi yun CoE kasi namin big boss ang pumipirma nun nalaman ni big boss yun plan ko ang gusto nya bigyan ako ng bond na 12 months bago nya pirmahan na hindi naman pumayag kasi sabi nya hindi mo pwede pigilan ang employees mo kung gusto na nilang umalis, so ayun in the end ang pumirma lang ng CoE ko eh yun HR at hindi yun big boss. Another thing pala, kung kilala na company ka ngayon most likely alam ng INZ ang email add ng HR mo kahit pa ibang tao ang ilagay mo. Nalaman ko ito kasi nun nagpatulong si cO magfollow up sa previous employer ko iba yun email na sinendan nya compare sa kung anong binigay ko sa kanya. Pag-isipan mong mabuti ang weigh mo yun situation mo. Your HR and manager should respect your decision and this is a long term plan so dapat hindi ito maging issue. Sorry ang haba, lol, HTH

may tanong po ako , kase yung dalawang employer ng husband ko . parehong close na.. yung isa na acquire ng ibang company,tinawagan namin ung company na nakabili, ayaw kami bigyan ng coe dahil wala raw silang records.. ung isa namang company nag close na talaga, pero buhay pa yung mother company. di pa namin na try silang tawagan.
pero paano po yung sa isa kung ayaw nila bigyan ung mister ko ng coe, wala naman na kaming kopya ng coe nya before at hindi rin naman yung detailed.. please advice. thanks po ng marami..

Hi gracia! Not sure if this will suffice but maybe you can have his former boss or colleague write a letter certifying his employment and put their contact details. Kailangan kasing tumawag ng immigration to verify. SSS contributions, tax returns, and other proof of employment during that time might also help.

Katulad ng sinabi ng mga kapatid natin, hingi kayo ng letter dun sa mga previous bosing ni labs mo with their contacts. Pagpapatunay na dun sya nagtrabaho syempre attached mo din yung job offer. Kung maaari yung letter kayo na gumawa para solido ang pagpapaliwanag kasama ng detailed na trabaho ni labs, tapos papirma nya nalang po sa dating supervisor/bosing. Sigurado maboteng usapan yan.. i mean kamustahan hehehe

gracia, Tama po lahat ng mga unang nagpayo. Just to add since meron din ako na saradong company, make sure lang na gawan mo ng affidavit or statutory yung mga letters from colleagues to make it formal and legal. Just now my former boss message me in fb telling me he just got off the phone with my CO. So they really do background checks based from your contact persons.
