Hello guys! Finally after 3 months nakakuha na rin ako OEC from POEA! Grabe bureaucracy sa POEA! I'll be flying back to NZ ina week, now as an OFW.

May question lang po, since August 2015 hindi na puwede magwalkin for CFO pag hindi pre-registered online, so may nakasubok na ba iregister ang kids below 12 years old? exempted sila sa PDOS pero sabi sa website need iregister thru proxy. pero sa online humihingi ng email address eh wala pa naman email ang baby.

ModM, nagregister kami ng wife ko using different email addresses. kasi kapag nadedetect ng system if registered na yung email address na ginamit. so hindi pwede ang parehong email addresses. I will try to call CFO na rin this coming week. Just trying to check if someone else have the same situation.

cyberjet register your child na lang when you get to CFO during your PDOS. I think they have new policies and processes now. When I came home I have not registered my kids. Pa attend ko na lang sila pag-uwi. Sent from my GT-I9505 using proboards

Hi Pk members, I just wanna ask regarding our situation. I am currently in AKL holding WTR visa, I originally came from AU then dumerecho na ako dito (not from PH) because my employer needs me asap. Balak ko mag bakasyon soon sa Pinas, my question is, need ko pa ba mag process nang PDOS or OEC para maka exit sa Pinas? Salamat po!

nk punta ka sa cfo.ph/PDOS_Reservation/ at may short questionnaire dun to check whether or not you are required to attend the PDOS. nakita ko sa isang question "What is your visa type/category/classification?" na may value "WORK TO RESIDENCE/DEPENDENT".

Our rule of thumb for PDOS is to call them directly. Iba-iba kasi ng sinasabi eh haha..

@cyberjet, pwede isang email lang as for whole family. Ginagawa ko nag register muna ako as principal then after mo matapos mag registered meron yan button sa pinakababa "Register another family member" then add mo nalang sila using your same email at detail as reference, para sa mises at anak mo meron sila option doon na as "husband or father" ka nila sa reference.
Tapos @cyberjet favor naman if ever ma contact mo sila pa tanong naman kung ang validity ng reservation is good for 1 month lang? Kasi after mo mag registered maka received ka ng notification email info below. Thanks!
"Thank you for using the Commission on Filipinos Overseas (CFO) Reservation and Registration (R & R) PDOS on-line system. The registration form you accomplished on-line will only be available in our database for a period of one month."

meremakeupmaniac yes nag inquire po ako through email 2 days ago, wala pa din response as of now. I went through the link you gave, it looks to me na I have to go through PDOS, but not entirely sure kaya I shoot them a mail. Antay ko sagot nila few days and will ring them.

Hi nk , ...I think your still on the category as OFW, as far as I know you need to get OEC once you return/travel back to your work in NZ... ...Need to get stamp on your Passport at OWWA at PH Embassy in NZ along with your contract and secure OEC....or you can do it in POEA....

Hi nk , This is what I am planning to do same way you did: exit from AU then head to NZ for work. Please see this thread for your inquiry. I emailed and asked POLO Australia ( Lorna Bacolong <poloaustralia@yahoo.com.au>) and received the below information. For Pinoys who are 1. Transferring country of work - entering NZ as OFW, that is, who are on work visa either via Accredited Employer or LTSSL or Essential Skills; AND 2. Has no desire to re-originate from the Philippines - NOT exiting via PH Please follow the below guidelines that edenc has gone through with the verification and authentication of your employment contract. 1. Employment contract (signed on all pages by employer and worker + the attached addendum in case the terms contained thereat are not in the contract-- refer to attached) 2. copy of passport of worker 3. copy of work visa of worker 4. copy of Certificate of Incorporation of employer 5. copy of passport/driver's license of employer 6. money order made out to the POLO amounting to A$178 (verification fee of A$90, authentication fee of A$63 and OWWA membership of A$25) 7. self-addressed express post envelope 8. Submit all the above to POLO Australia, 1 Moonah Place, Yarralumla, ACT 2600. POLO Australia will not issue you an OEC because you do not need it as you are not originating from PH. POLO Australia will just verify/authenticate your contract and issue/give you an OWWA membership which will already enable you to fly to NZ. Next time that you plan to go home to PH, you will just then need to get OEC from POLO Australia (and will no longer have your contract verified and obtain OWWA membership--assuming that you do not change employer within 2 years). How to get OEC from POLO AustraliaPlease submit the following 1. OFW information sheet (download from philembassy.org.au website) 2. copy of passport 3. copy of visa 4. one money order in the name of the Philippine Embassy with the value of A$5 5. self-addressed express post envelope 6. copy of OWWA receipt 7. copy of a page of the contract with POLO's verification stamp 8. Submit all the above to POLO Australia, 1 Moonah Place, Yarralumla, ACT 2600.

Just to add. Kahit "Work Visa" but dependent of a partner, no need na ng OEC. Meron namn kasama letter from INZ na nka address sa NAIA informing them na no need for OEC since i dont have an employer. WORK VISA din kasi nka.lagay sa sticker baka hanapan ng pinas IO yung oec, ipakita lang daw yung letter and should be ok na

quincedev Clarify ko lang. Need magparegister sa CFO kahit na more than 2 years na BUT you don't need to attend the PDOS. Kaso since you are in the same office na rin lang why not attend para makapulot ng tips and updated info. Hahanapan ka pa din ng CFO sticker kasi. Sent from my GT-I9505 using proboards

Hi MrWhite nag pdos kami march of this year.. And yes required talaga.. Lalagyan Ng cfo sticker ang mga passports and without that Hindi ka makakalusot Sa mga Immigration officer Sa airport.. My advice. Huwag Ng magsama Ng mga Bata, kase you need to be there mga 11am then dire-direcho na yun hanggang 5:30pm..
