Hi jeruza, alam ko po basta WTR or JSV kailangan ng PDOS since in the end, migration din naman habol natin.

jeruza, Kapag JSV kelangan lang ng PDOS from Commission on Filipinos Overseas (CFO).

If hindi JSV nakalagay and WTR sa visa and work visa lang (as with most accredited employers) they will likely refer you to POEA. Ganyan nangyari sa asawa ko pero he came back and insisted na he is planning to apply residency naman agad. Hi ModM,
Noted on this.
Salamat

Hi all, I am completely not aware of this PDOS thing until today. And me and my wife are so concern, any advise is very much appreciated.we are holding RV and deadline namin for first landing is Dec 17 2015.
1. Nag book na kami ng ticket from SG to NZ for our first landing on Nov 27.
2. Nag withdraw kami ng Singapore PR last month Oct 15.
3. Umuwi muna kami ng Philippines for 3 weeks para makasama namin relatives namin, cause we know it might take long time bago uli kami makabalik ng Pinas. Balik kami ng SG on Nov 22, then go to NZ na on Nov 27.
4. Suddenly it came to our knowledge that PDOS is mandatory.
What possibly are our options?
Can I say to immigration I will just come back to pinas for PDOS?

Correct me if I'm wrong guys but I don't think you'll need this if you're flying to NZ from Singapore.

Hi abish, thank you for quick response, yun din ang alam ko, kaya we are coming from SG to NZ, concern lang namin kasi now lalabas kami ng PH as a tourist and what to do or to say pag nakita ng pinas immigration na visa stamp kami sa passport. Thanks sa magiging input ng iba.

meremakeupmaniac, from SG kami to NZ...though dumaan kami Pinas before kami byahe to NZ...di namin need PDOS kasi SG citizen kami si Taga-Bantay, ang problem nila is narenounce na nila SG PR before sila umuwi ng PH...so ang alis nila from PH is tourist to SG...and pasok nila to SG is tourist...then SG to NZ a few days later... antay tayo suggestions ng iba...na umalis ng PH with RV...

Taga-Bantay - If you're on RV, shouldn't you be getting PDOS from CFO (not POEA) since technically you're already an NZ Resident? Tama ba? Yes, you can exit PH straight to SG as tourist. Pano pag biglaan ang uwi mo ng PH, how will PH Immigration deem you as since your point of origin will be NZ and you already have the RV stamp even before you left PH? Just a thought.

Iyon yung nangyari sakin, kahit naka working visa ako for NZ bago ako lumipad out of Pinas di na nila pinansin iyon kase ang concern nila is kung may visa ako papuntang Japan.

Hi winriver, thanks for the input, if ever na urgent ang need na umuwi ng pinas and its less than 2 yrs, no choice but to get PDOS, yun ang undertanding ko, and we are not planning to go back naman for the next 2 years.

jomarmallare meremakeupmaniac papakoksIt seems that the best option for us is to get a return ticket from SG to PH, to ensure to immigration na we have plan to get PDOS here. If really needed naman, we will just come back here in PH and get PDOS, and probably punta na lang kami Baguio para marelax. Just thinking kung ang purpose ng PDOS ay to educate us how NZ is different from PH or other countries, i guess pinoykiwi os more than enough, real life stories and definitely realiable, di ba guys :-) Hope to hear more inputs, though i feel better now, anxiety level manageable again. :-D

Tanong kulang kung hindi ba mawawala yung reservation namin after 1 month ng PDOS dated on December 29, 2015 sa CFO? Napaaga ata yung reservation at registration ko ng PDOS nung October palang, sabi kasi sa CFO website na ma store lang daw ang details ko good for 1 month lang. Tama ba?

• Download and print the barcoded confirmation form. Bring this document together with all the other requirements to CFO on your appointed date. You do NOT need to print your registration form. Please come at least 2 hours before your scheduled PDOS/PEER session to give us time to verify your on-line reservation and the required documents.
