hello po, naguluhan po ako pasensha na, nakuha ko po yung visa namin, working visa po sakin, partnership (working visa) sa wife ko at domestic student sa 4 yr old daughter ko. need po ba namin PDOS? ano po ang susunod namin gawin ngayong nakuha na namin ang visa naming tatlo. Salamat po.

mitchmo, as far as I know, kelangan talaga ng PDOS kapag lilipad sa ibang bansa either to work or migrate. The question is whether sa CFO or sa POEA kukuha. Skilled Migrant po ba application nyo or Work Visa?

japo32 under essential skills po yung sakin, tumawag kanina wife ko sa poea asking kung need mag pidos, oo daw ang sabi nung isa tas pinatawag sha sa direct hiring, nung tumawag po sha dun sabi hindi na sila nag pprocess ng direct hire, ang gulo po, pinatawag ulit sha sa isang number, ang sabi ni misis parang kasambahay lang daw po ang sumagot at hindi empleyado ng gobyerno, wala pong matinong sagot sa kanya, ang sabi po sa kanya mag agency daw po, punta sa website, job search hanap ng work, nagagalit nga po misis ko sa kausap nya, sabi ng misis ko, bakit maghahanap ng trabaho eh may trabaho na nga at may visa na, wala po shang makausap ng matino.. hay...sobrang smooth po ng application namin sa visa..pag dating po dito sa pdos o poea dito nagkakaproblema.

mitchmo, Dahil Work visa po yan at hindi work to migrate, sa POEA nga po yan at hindi sa CFO. Pero hintayin natin response ng ibang member. Di ko po kabisado yan kasi ibang category kami.

hello.. WTR po ang visa ko. Our employer got us an agency to help with the exit requirements. We were referred by the Agency to another office conducting PDOS in Malate. Bukas ako mag attend ng PDOS. After that OEC na lang wait ko. Will keep you posted how PDOS goes. God bless you.

Good to hear sis armie032 Balitaan mo kami coz after tanggalin ang "name hire" or direct hire (i think correct me if i'm wrong) instead yung path mo ang tamang pattern na gayahin when it comes to WTR. btw mas mura at maganda bumili ng winter clothes sa pinas lalo na kpag sale dyan sa Uni Qlo, Zara at "Pull & Bear". Malamig dito sa ngayon & will become colder come August. Uso dito "layering" sis hehe.. |

Thanks sa tips on winter clothes DocMacabebe . Kailangan ko talaga maging master ng layering. hehe. So I attended pdos today along with others.. lahat kami may referral to undergo pdos from respective agencies. Same ng sinabi ni DocMacabebe our agency rep said na magkaka new memo daw ang poea na need na may agency ang direct hire to help with the exit requirements ng poea. Hindi ko lang alam if it was sent out na. As of now, I got my pdos certificate and wait na lang ako ng oec from the agency kasi sa kanila ako nagsubmit ng mga required docs ng poea. Again, im sharing lang based sa case ko wherein my employer from nz hired an agency here sa Pinas to help us out with POEA requirements. Sana lang maging aware din yung mga employer ng nz ng new policies ng poea para hindi maipit at magpabalik balik yung mga kababayan natin na direct hire sa nz. |

to add the fee required for pdos is php100 which is payment sa certificate. wala nang ibang fee na hiningi sa min other than that. we were asked to bring referral from agency to attend pdos and photocopy ng passport and yung php100 na fee nga. at the end of the day, the pdos certificate was given to all who have finished the seminar which is from 8am to 4pm for the 1st batch and 10am to 6pm for the 2nd batch. Merged session lahat ng tao regardless of destination pero sa certificate naman specific pa rin yung country at ung position. Yun lang muna and I pray all goes well sa iba na mag eexit ng Pinas na direct hire.

Paptulong lang po sana ako. I got a job offer under Essential Skills Visa as a Night Auditor. Wala po akong agency.
Nabasa ko po dito na hindi na pwede and name hire at need ng agency pra mprocess ang OEC- Panu ko pa yun gagawin? Kukuha po ba ko ng Agency?
Eto na po yung requirements ko dahil eto yung nabasa ko sa POEA na website:
Scanned Copy of contract signed by me and my employer- Kelangan ko pa po ba ipaauthenticate/verify to sa Phil Embassy sa NZ or POLO sa Australia?
( Contract includes: Job offer,Job Description,Company profile)
Airfare and Lodging- Ok lang ba na ideclare ko na ako ang magbabayad ng airfare at lodging ko since hindi ito kasama sa contract ko? Kasi my nabasa ko na tinatanung pa bakit hindi employer ang magshshoulder.
Visa--check
Passport--check
Anu pa po kelangan kong iprepare na documents?

JuniL passport /and copy, and photo lang dala ko nun. Doon na ako humingi ng form. Yung photo nga sa tabi tabi lang ng CFO. Dun na rin ako pa photocopy Arrive mga 15 to 20 mins before the scheduled PDOS and you have enough time na to fill-out application form and comply with the requirements Sent from my GT-I9505 using proboards
