Lol "Where is Samoa?" Dapat meron silang world map kapag naga-accept ng applications. Hahaha..

Like dapat ba kukuha ka lng if ilang months (let's say 3-6mos) prior to your departure?

Good afternoon, You have a work to residence visa with an accredited employer; therefore you need to obtain POEA clearance, not CFO. Our website has more information; www.immigration.govt.nz/branch/manila/guide/exitrequirements.htm 19. Work – Details follow; § WTR- Work to Residence Talent/Accredited Employer / Long Term Skills Shortages (with job offer / specific employer on label) § Will work for an employer in NZ. § May be eligible for residence after living in NZ for a certain period of time. An employer noted on the label. § Work § POEA clearance is required Kind regards, INZ Manila Good Info. so thanks for clarifying

nelson2014 nakupo truth is labo talaga ang sistema ng PDOS. Nakakalito. Alam ko my hubby should have had a POEA sticker kaso sa CFO ipinilit nya magPDOS kasi pinagpasapasahan sya eh. Sa CFP dedma sila kung WTR ka kasi ang visa mo will not have the term na WTR but work visa lang tapos specific details on employer and position. Ang good news lang yung dependents mo like your wife and children di na magPDOS. Sent from my GT-I9505 using proboards

Hello po. My hubby needs your help. He is on the process of getting his POEA clearance para maka pag PDOS na rin. Kumuha muna si hubs ng Direct hire compliance sheet para mapirmahan ng employer niya kaso POEA asked him an authenticated working contract na galing talaga sa employer. Is this really needed kasi ang contract na andito sa akin ay scanned copy lang from my employer with signature pero not authenticated. Please help po. Salamat

I really appreciate it. Kakalito nga PDOS no? lalu pa naging complicated because of CFO...nung kayo ng hubby mo ba, pagdating sa New Zealand, di ba hindi na check ng New Zealand immigration kung may POEA ka and CFO or PDOS ka di ba? or particular pa rin ba doon ang New Zealand din? kumusta naman kayo dyan sa NZ? Masaya naman? Hindi naman boring di ba? :-)

Salamat hi chic80, based lang sa experience ko sa pag-abroad sa Malaysia and Singapore, kailangan talaga yung original signed contract from employer , na parehong signed ng hubby mo and signed ng employer nya doon. I think kung NZ work visa rin naman yung sa hubby mo, lalu na kung temporary work visa lang, POEA will require the same authenticated or original contract. Pls just ask them na courier na lang agad, at sa experience ko noon, 2 times pa nagpadala ng original contract yung employer ko noon kase pina-add ng POEA yung mga terms about "repatriation of worker's remains in case of death" and " there must be just causes in case of termination" basta please double check muna with POEA kung ano ba tlaga "required contract terms nila" and dapat sumunod yung employer nya doon and ilagay sa contract bago nya padala yung original contract sa inyo. All the Best!

nelson2014 walang hinanap na PDOS on this side of immigration. Visa lang tiningnan. Wala rin naman hininging proof etc and as far as I remember no questions asked. Hehehe. Our kids enjoy school and madami na sila friends. Kaligayahan ko lang as nanay ay umuwi mga anak ko na may kwento about their day with friends in school. I keep myself busy with volunteer work. BTT - meron ako nakuhang name card nung nakausap ko sa CFO kasi he wanted to assure me na wala hihingin PDOS sa amin ng mga anak ko when we fly out from Pinas. Kapag nahanap ko I would share dito na lang name and details nya. Sent from my GT-I9505 using proboards

Work visa holder c hubby, nagPDOS cya and got OEC from POEA. Nakita den nila ung letter from Immigration na I don't need an Overseas Employment Certificate from POEA kc I am not employed by any New Zealand company. sabi ng kakilala ng husband ko need ko daw mgPDOS sa CFO. Tama ba? worried lng bka magkaproblema d maka-alis.

Hi All,
I decided to email yung nag conduct ng PDOS seminar ko back in 2010 to clarify this at naguguluhan na din ako kung ano ba talaga ang dapat when it comes to PDOS and OEC. Eto yung sagot niya:
Hope this helps, Anonimoose

Ano ni Moose nice naman that you still have the email of the person na speaker nung PDOS sa time nyo. I checked the INZ website kung nagbago na yung pdf file explaining whether one needs PDOS from POEA or CFO. Nashare na rin dito yung file dati but will share again. From INZ website - Philippine Exit RequirementsDO YOU NEED Philippine Overseas Employment Agency (POEA) OR Commission on Filipinos Overseas (CFO) PRE-DEPARTURE CLEARANCE? Yung table na sinasabi ko is yung pdf file na DO YOU NEED... A printed copy was provided to me by Mr Tibe from CFO June 2013. It seems applicable pa rin sya. I suggest na if anyone wants to go to CFO or PDOS, eto ang ipakita nyo. Between CFO and POEA - hassle puntahan ang CFO kasi hindi sya accessible by bus routes or LRT/MRT and walang parking slots masyado.

Hi po, currently I'm having issue with POEA regarding OEC. My employer already reached the maximum number of direct hires which is 10, and pang 11 po ako. Sabi ni POEA need ko to undergo agency recruitment at on hold pa ang processing ng OEC ko. We asked if we can be reconsider dahil pang 11 lang naman ako sa list and moving forward willing naman si employer mag agency na. Still nireject request namin. And anu po ginawa nyo? If undergo agency gaano po katagal un? Meron na ako Working Visa and need to enter NZ before end of August. Anu po maadvise nyo iba pang options to exit Manila without going through the OEC processing? Thanks in advance!

We're thinking about that also pero di po kaya maging suspicious ang PH immigration sa NAIA dahil considered red flag dahil meron NZ Visa ang passport? Payagan po kaya kami umalis?

jej I will not recommend the "illegal" route but can give you possible areas where you will hit a snag if you are not careful. - a good airline ground crew will ask you for a return ticket during check-in - he/she will expect that your luggage will not be much if you are in SG only for a tour - if the check-in process is smooth, an immigration officer will ask you for a return ticket, may even ask you details about your hotel/accommodation arrangements in SG, what your itinerary for the stay would be, etc - let's not hope he/she does not see your NZ visa. If your passport is one that has too many visas on them, he/she will likely think it is just among your many other visas. If he/she does, be prepared to answer questions about when you intend to go to NZ? - your e-ticket should not contain the full itinerary -- Manila-Singapore-Auckland (or whichever city you are entering New Zealand first). You may purchase the tickets separately BUT know that when you purchase a ticket for NZ with a starting point from another city, it will be more expensive if you do it via a travel agency. You can do it online instead. Buy a Manila-Singapore-Manila ticket and a Singapore-Auckland ticket separately. And of course, lastly if something happens to you and you have not been covered by POEA etc or other insurances provided by your company, it will be a bummer. Now it is up to you to take the risk and plan carefully na hindi ka maipit sa airport.

He also wrote down the number of CFO NAIA desk - 879-5685
