Congrats to all approved RV po.. we are in the process of completing EOI na po but decided to take PAR (me) to gain another 10 points... Hubby is the main applicant. Question lng po.. I am not graduate from pinas po kasi but i took 2 yrs IT course then I also took a diploma course here in SG which I am currently residing for 6 years now... I declare that on my PAR application but the current work experience that i have is Customer Support Officer which is also on the list of skill shortage in NZ. Please enlighten me up po. Our current EOI points is 130, kaya need pa ng 10 point to make it 140 pra maisubmit and eoi. Hubby is the main applicant and benn working in singapore for 6 years now.

Hi 3k3c , Sabi mo "i declare that on my PAR application". Ano po result ng PAR assessment mo? Kung yung assessment sa'yo sa PAR is Level 6 then 10 points, kung Level 7 naman eh 20 points. I think your question is more related sa thread na to: Filling Out EOI Form 2015*Admins correct me if I'm wrong about the thread, thanks!

Hello! Question naman po. TIA!

If you want to update it immediately and since IDD calls from SG to NZ is not expensive, you can try this.. Phone: outside New Zealand Rest of world - +64 9 914 4100 (24-hours a day, seven days a week)

Thanks getyus! After posting my question sumagot na si CO sa follow up email ko nang "we are aware of the change". Nabasa naman pala ang unang message, hindi lang nag-acknowledge. Baka busy. Hehe.

Tried searching pero wala pa ako nahanap na ganitong topic, kaya ask ko muna dito. aBiSh @admin pa move nalang po if may related thread na. When is the best date to move? We plan to move 1Q2017 since I've been reading and hearing na jan madami job opening + school year start (i have 2 kids that will be in primary by 2017). But since we need to factor in din pala ung adjustment period, which includes finding a rental flat, finding/enrolling kids to school, baka need mag move earlier than January. Kaso December is freeze period, ok lang ba yun? May mapapala ba? Or dapat November? Although mejo malayo pa, naisip ko kasi baka pede ako mag leave muna sa current work + work remotely while settling in. Then pag ok na bahay and kids, hanap na ako nz work, then resign sa current work. But to do this arrangement, kailangan ko ata mag super advanced notice para kausapin amo ko if pede ung ganun. Sayang din ang income. TIA!

iambelle - Do check out those threads shared by aBiSh @admin to help you with job search strategy. Q1 of the year is ideal, not Q4 simply because the weather is warm during Q1 so easier to adjust physically, and naka-vacation mode ang mga tao during December-January so, unless sa tourism or maybe even retail industry ka, most likely naka-shutdown ang mga opisina or naka-freeze hiring in that time frame. I think you just need to find a place to live first. Kapag January, depende sa location, pwedeng marami kang kaagaw na mga university students who are also trying to find a place to live in time for the school year. Kung primary age ang kids mo at hindi ka naman particular sa school (Catholic schools seem to have a long wait list depending on the location), they can start anytime. Also see EDUCATION - Primary and Secondary Education In NZ Kaya rin Q1, assuming manggagaling ka sa Pinas, is para makuha mo pa yung year-end holiday bonuses na uso sa Pinas. Otherwise, moving here Q2 or Q3 of the year is still ok. There is always work somewhere but yung adjustment sa weather ang initial na challenge for us na sanay sa tropics. Something that is often overlooked.

Hello fellow PKs just wanted to share that our status was changed to APPROVED this afternoon Thank you Lord for this blessing! The waiting part pala is so hard! Our CO is RT and she did inform us that we can expect the outcome within a month but anticipate delays daw becoz of the CNY. It took 6 weeks from interview date for our status to be updated and we have been checking every day! So to those na nag hihintay pa lang, have faith lang and trust in God's plans for you. We were also worried about running into some hiccups with the IPENZ requirement but thankfully, wala cyang ni-require na anything else besides the NZQA results which we included sa lodgement. Wishing everybody Good Luck and God bless!
