Hello po! Kaka-approve lang ng residence application ko. Magbayad na lang ng migrant levy at ipadala passport ko pati kay misis at daughter for visa stamp. Question lang po...totoo ba na kelangan magstay ng 3 months sa current employer before makalipat? Ang problem eh balak na isara ng employer ko ang spa business nya. Massage Therapist po ako. Paano kaya ito?

On behalf of my better half denz, we wanted to express our gratitude to all our Pinoykiwi family and friends. This post is long overdue, but we opted to spill the good news the time na nareceived na namin ang passports namin with RV label. And yes, approved na po ang RV namin (with section 49 visa condition), thanks be to GOD!
You all know, that my partner as the principal applicant was given a JSV. Last January, he flew to NZ full of hope that he can easily land a job. But sometimes, things don't happen the way that we wanted it to be. The first month, was bearable, but as days passed by being unemployed started to dampen his high spirits. Nandoon yung almost gusto niya ng bumalik sa Pinas at pinanghihinaan ng loob, idagdag pa yung fact na first time namin maghiwalay as family. But GOD never fail us, sabi ko nga, hindi naman siya makakarating doon kung hindi naman kaloob ni GOD. Exactly on his 75th day, he was given a Job offer. After 1 week at work, nagsubmit na kami ng mga documents needed para maprocess ulit yung SMC, after 15 days, we received an email from our new Case Officer (Christchurch Branch) introducing herself and informing us that all our documents from Shanghai was already transferred to her. Then after 2 days, the Case Officer called hubby asking for some questions (I don't know if other JSV holders experienced that too).
On the 6th day after hubby received the called from our CO, we received an email of status changed from INZ website. Grabe, iba pala ang feeling na mabasa mo yung status na approved na, muntik na akong mapasigaw, nyahaha.
We requested for our passports (mine and kids)to be stamped here in Manila. Kaloka, as usual sobrang tagal na naman magreply ng taga dito, kaya kahit na stamp na yung passport ni hubby nung may 21, naipasa lang namin yung sa amin last tuesday and nareceived ko nga today. So ayun, sa hinaba haba ng process, sa wakas RV na rin
. Sorry ang dami kong kuwento, heheheh. Again, maraming salamat sa lahat at salamat sa DIOS Mga kapwa ko PinoyKiwis,

Hindi po ako makapaniwala n nagsusulat na ako sa forum na ito! Sa wakas ay natuldukan na ang aming matagal na paghihintay. Sa lahat po ng bumubuo ng pinoykiwi, lubos po kaming nagpapasalamat magasawa sa walang sawa ninyong pagsagot sa aming mga katanungan. Napakalaking tulong ng forum na ito sa bawat aspeto ng application. Papakoks, mayagx, tinkerjhings, jade, md - ilan lamang sa mga pangalan na madalas kong makita - salamat. Para kay boofman na kasabay naming naassign sa co - malapit na yan. Akosilalin - eto na!!! Galingan mo sa interview. At hndi po natatapos ang pagiging member ng pinoykiwi sa pagkakabigay sa amin ng RV. Umasa po kayo na susubukan namin tumulong sa iba pang applicant sa abot ng aming mkakakaya.
At sa mga naghihintay, kapit lang. Have faith, be positive and always pray. Ibinigay ito ni Lord in his time and in our case , it's perfect timing.

Praise God po talaga. until now over joy pa kami and syempre gusto ko balitaan kayo agad kase sobrang laki ng tulong nyo sa amin. grabe nasa mrt kmi ni hubby nung mareceive email notification and nung ma check namin sa website nag hug pa kmi and nag exchane ng "great job! great job!" para kaming engot hahaha...pero super happy. AIP Receive thru email and online status change to APPROVED - November 20,2014our status was changed this afternoon to APPROVED, pero wala pa kami na-receive na AIP letter from our CO. Thanks for all the help and assistance all through out our application. Thank you pinoykiwi, kahapon kami na interview ng CO namin at ngayon araw na approved na ung Resident Visa namin..

Here's our story
My husband is the principal applicant and he's been working in SG for 10 years now as a Lead/Network Consultant. I also worked there for 3 years but I decided to came back to Philippines when I got pregnant in 2010. PR na kami noon and both of us have stable and permanent jobs. We also hired a yaya and we could have settled in SG if we wanted to. I was not sure at the time but my priorities have changed. I felt that I don't want my son to grow up in SG. Life there can be very stressful and artificial, at least for me. I was longing for my son to grow up in a place he can call home and really be happy. So my son and I went back to the Philippines and started a business.
With my son growing up too fast, I know that he needed a father by his side. My husband doesn't want to go back to the Philippines and I also don't want to go back to SG. So we made a compromise and finally decided to try to apply to NZ. From our research, NZ is a great place to raise a family and IT industry is booming. To be honest, our application was very smooth and we were also surprised that we will be approved in only 6 months. Of course, we had a lot of help from my husband's former colleagues who are already in NZ. But most especially, this forum has been a great guide for me in preparing myself on what to expect once we make the move.
We plan to move in NZ in 4-5 months and I really wish to meet you all someday. So there it goes, that's our story
For current applicants, everything you need to know are all here. So just read as much as you can and in His perfect timing, hopefully we'll be able to see each other in NZ. The only new question I was asked by the CO is, "In general, how do you feel about making the move to New Zealand?".

my colleagues can't believe na RV talaga ang binigay. wala pa daw sila kasi personal na kakilala na nabigyan agad ng RV. either JSV or WTR lang daw. kaya very thankful sa pinoykiwi sa lahat ng support. on to the next step.

I would like to thanks everyone, because of the helpful information provided here in the group. At last, We have received our AIP-RV last March 17, 2015. My apology if I wasn't able to thank everyone of you right away, things does not sink easily to me and my wife. We are still on the cloud of happiness. Truly indeed God is powerful, he set a path to everyone of us on the right time. What I am praying now, is to the success of those application ongoing. Believe, have faith and learn to claim it. These are the traits we should demonstrate while on the waiting period. And i assure everyone, nothing will go wrong. Again, with humility, I will never forget the helped you guys provided me. Nagwoworry (na naman!) ako kasi baka nagkamali na naman sya ng email add na sinendan. Dati kasi sa interview invite nagkamali sya kaya nadelay kami ng two weeks...
Here's our story
My husband is the principal applicant and he's been working in SG for 10 years now as a Lead/Network Consultant. I also worked there for 3 years but I decided to came back to Philippines when I got pregnant in 2010. PR na kami noon and both of us have stable and permanent jobs. We also hired a yaya and we could have settled in SG if we wanted to. I was not sure at the time but my priorities have changed. I felt that I don't want my son to grow up in SG. Life there can be very stressful and artificial, at least for me. I was longing for my son to grow up in a place he can call home and really be happy. So my son and I went back to the Philippines and started a business.
With my son growing up too fast, I know that he needed a father by his side. My husband doesn't want to go back to the Philippines and I also don't want to go back to SG. So we made a compromise and finally decided to try to apply to NZ. From our research, NZ is a great place to raise a family and IT industry is booming. To be honest, our application was very smooth and we were also surprised that we will be approved in only 6 months. Of course, we had a lot of help from my husband's former colleagues who are already in NZ. But most especially, this forum has been a great guide for me in preparing myself on what to expect once we make the move.
We plan to move in NZ in 4-5 months and I really wish to meet you all someday. So there it goes, that's our story
For current applicants, everything you need to know are all here. So just read as much as you can and in His perfect timing, hopefully we'll be able to see each other in NZ. The only new question I was asked by the CO is, "In general, how do you feel about making the move to New Zealand?".

I would like to thanks everyone, because of the helpful information provided here in the group. At last, We have received our AIP-RV last March 17, 2015. My apology if I wasn't able to thank everyone of you right away, things does not sink easily to me and my wife. We are still on the cloud of happiness. Truly indeed God is powerful, he set a path to everyone of us on the right time. What I am praying now, is to the success of those application ongoing. Believe, have faith and learn to claim it. These are the traits we should demonstrate while on the waiting period. And i assure everyone, nothing will go wrong. Again, with humility, I will never forget the helped you guys provided me.
