I would like to share the experience we had in acquiring the clearance. Twice na ako kumuha ng e-clearance (at NBI main)and I can say very smooth and efficient yung process.

-It is important to read the instructions carefully, every now and then they are updating these.
nbi-online.com/login (NBI e-clearance Portal)
-This is where you will enter the following info to validate your payment and proceed with the application:
Summary of application process:
1. Send payment thru Gcash
Wait until you receive your Payment Reference Number.
2. Go to NBI-online to validate and proceed with application.
3. Book your appointment thru SMS
4. Print QR code
5. Bring the printed QR code, supporting documents, and evidence of payment (i.e. Gcash receipt or the SMS received from GCash) on the booking date.
6. Finger scan and photo taking at NBI branch (3 to 15 minutes)
7. Get your printed clearance 2-3 days after.
Important:
1. Use one (1) email address per applicant during registration. This will be your permanent account for future transactions. They will send a copy of the QR code thru this channel.
2. Send the correct amount or your payment will be void!
3. You don't need to own a Globe number to make the payment, but you need to show the Gcash transaction.
4. Payment at Globe business center charges you an additional 20 pesos.
5. You can book your appearance as early as possible at your convenience. If the time/date is not available, they will book you on the next available schedule. If you don't like the booked schedule or something happens along the way, you can rebook your schedule.
