My turn to share my medical exam experience this morning!
6:40 AM + Arrived at SLEC, 10F of Medical Arts Building. Was number 5 on queue. + Guard asked for 2 photocopies of my passport and gave me a form to fill out. + Waited until my name was called.
7:00 AM + Lobby nurse checked completion of form and explained tests to be taken. + Submitted 3 passport size ID photos. + Lobby nurse took my photo and signature.
7:30 AM + Paid at the cashier.
7:35 AM + Got called for blood extraction and urine sample collection.
8:00 AM + Got called for x-ray.
8:40 AM + Got called for vital stats and visual acuity.
9:30 AM + Got called for physical exam.
10:00 AM + Lobby nurse explained that urine and physical exams have been cleared. Blood test and xray results to follow.
They gave me an option to wait for my x-ray result by lunchtime or receive a phone call from them if ever I need to retake a test. I chose the latter because I'm scheduled to take the speaking test for IELTS in the afternoon.

Hi!
Nag apply po ako for Post-study Open Work Visa or Job Search Visa, pero hiningian ako ng dalawang additional medical requirements. Nasubmit ko po lahat bago ang deadline para sana maprocess nila agad pero hanggang ngayon, 1 month na since sinubmit ko, ang update palang is natanggap na daw ang completed files at waiting to send to the medical assessor palang. I was expecting po kasi na by this time, nakuha na sana ng assessor at indevaluate niya nalang.
Thank you so much po!

newinnz can't do anything but wait for the medical assessor's feedback. It's out of your hands...

Hi newinnz! Kumusta? Okay na ba? Matagal talaga kapag ni-refer sa medical assessors. Lalo pa nagdaan yung holiday period.

I was required to have re-tests (Hba1c, Lab Urinalysis, Creatinine-Albumin Ratio, BP and Lipid Profile) by INZ for any further Visa Application. I went to Lincoln Medical Center (Lincoln, West Auckland)
8:00 A.M - Arrived at Lincoln Medical Center [131 Lincoln Rd, Henderson, Auckland 0610]
8:15 A.M - Arranged for a Doctor'Consultation (Fee: $55.00 NZD)
8:45 A.M - Was called for initial vital check (BP, Height, Weight and etc.)
9:10 A.M - Doctor's consultation
9:15 A.M - Was advised to go to Labtests [51 Lincoln Rd, Henderson, Auckland 0610] for my blood works (This is located around 400m from the Lincoln Medical Center, Just in front of Waitakere Hospital.)
9:35 A.M - Queued up for my lab tests (Maganda dito kasi halos lahat nag wwork Pinoy.)
10:20 A.M - My turn for blood extraction and urinalysis (Lasted for about 5-8 minutes)
10:30 A.M - Paid around $148.00 for the test and was advised to wait for a doctors call within 2 - 3 working days. (Note: Tell the receptionist to send the medical results to your email address)
-- Done --
Btw, the results were emailed to me around 8:30 P.M the same day.
Thanks

Tony Montana your medical is only valid for 3 months if you have not lodged your application yet.

Hi, pag nagpa full medical na po ba with our previous work visa application do we need to provide the emedical reference letter ulit for RV application?
|

Post by ConorMcGregor on May 1, 2017 20:22:03 GMT 12
If you have done your medicals on a previous visa application, you don't need to provide the eMedical Reference code again.
There would be a section on the health details of the form you would need to answer that you have already done the medicals and it is still valid for 36 months.

Guys, pa-advise naman po, anu ibig sabihin ng feedback ng MA ko for my Full Medical Report? Medjo worried lang po.
The Medical Assessor has further requested the following tests or reports in order to proceed further:
- Required test/report: Specialist report
Noted repeatedly abnormal dipsticks/urinalysis: protein (trace), pus cells and elevated ACR. A specialist assessment (treating physician) is required regarding the applicant's condition (proteinuria? pyelonephritis?). Please provide a report addressing history, physical examination findings, diagnosis, management needs and long term prognosis for the next 5-10 years. Please comment on functional and work capacity.

Hi pinoykiwi. Musta po lahat. I recieve an email today from the immigration officer. Ito yung content ng letter
Your medical and/or chest X-ray certificate has been referred to the Medical Assessor. This could take up to three weeks before it is returned. Your application will be held at this office until this certificate is assessed and returned. You may then be asked to provide additional information in the form of specialist reports clarifying the nature and prognosis of your condition.
Base sa pag physical check ng doctor during my exam okay naman yung xray ko. Bat pagdating sa immigration meron na kita? Ano po ang gagawin? Please advice.

Tony Montana How about your lab results? Did you get to take a look at them? Clinics always say there are no problems with a medical exam and lab test since some numbers although above or below the range are not a cause of worry. But what they don't know/or tell you that a computer refers medical results to the MA. If lab results don't conform to the accepted range, then you are referred. You can get a copy of your medical from your clinic. From there you can find out what things stood out. When I got mine, some numbers had HH (high) and some question answers were in red (high bp).

Hi, question lang po Based sa immigration new zealand website, ang panel physicians in Manila area are Nationwide and St Luke's-BGC and I also read here sa forum na normally if may findings or additional medical tests, nirerefer nila sa St Luke's-Ermita.
