divhon haha paano naman kaya kaming hindi RN... 10-month wait for us, no CO yet. Oh well. Slowly losing hope sa NZ institutions... looking elsewhere is an option now.

I don't mind paying more in taxes kung luluwag nman mga wait times sa GP and hospitals. Pano magtatagal mga nurses kung pwde nman tumalon sa AU na mas malaki magpasahod at mas mura ang cost of living and mas magaganda, malalaki ung bahay for the same price here. We're on a dilema nga eh, kakagatin ba namin ung 5% house deposit and pay til the old ages of our lives or jump din sa OZ in 2021 where there is a better chance of paying off a mortgage earlier.

Hi guys, Happy to be here on this thread Pinoykiwi offered heaps of help during my journey here in NZ! I also submitted my residence application last July & still waiting... I'm reviewing my application and just curious if anyone tries to submit an annual salary of 45,500? But the hourly rate is $25? What is the annual salary for this job in New Zealand dollars? 45,500 What is the rate of pay per hour in New Zealand dollars? 25 -I'm working 35 hrs per week with $25 rate per hour. Do you think that INZ will accept this even if annual salary is only 45,500? I remember it should be 52k? Thanks -I'm just worried that it takes too long because of the annual salary? Thank you!

teo Please refer to the following two links from the INZ website. Operational Manual - SM6.20 Calculating remunerationINZ Changes to Remuneration TableThe reference is always on the per hour rate! Also from this page - Types of EmployeeWhether you’re considered to be part-time or full-time depends on how many hours you have to work. Employment legislation doesn’t define what full-time or part-time work is, but full-time work is often considered to be around 35 to 40 hours a week. For statistical purposes, Statistics New Zealand defines full-time as working 30 hours or more per week. You have exactly the same employment rights and responsibilities if you’re a part-time or full-time employee.

hi guys. question lang. when applying for SMC, ok lang ba na hindi kumuha ng points sa work experience? aabot naman points ko since meron na ako work sa NZ. Yung requirements kasi on getting the COE with the format, medyo mahirap irequest sa previous companies ko. thanks po!

dsyc Yup ok lang yan. Ganyan din ginawa ko before also for the same reason.

PAR has no use sa INZ

^Hi, Aneng. I got mine last week. Timeline on my signature.
The only email I got from INZ was AIP na.

allune Thank you. The thing is after 'nung nag-lodge ako, it was also the time na pumutok nga yang news about their internal criteria and the Minister of Immigration announced na wala na 'yung "working for a government department" sa internal criteria nila. Refer to Question 12 here: www.parliament.nz/en/pb/hansard-debates/rhr/combined/HansDeb_20190911_20190911_08 Stuart Smith: Does he stand by his statement that the criteria for priority allocation of visas for those seeking employment in Government departments was not being used, and, if so, is he not aware that Immigration New Zealand are using that criteria as a reason for priority allocation? Hon IAIN LEES-GALLOWAY: I have been advised that I was correct—that that criteria is no longer being used. Haha. Also, technically, I'm not working for a government department. ICA siya. So while it worked in my favor, feeling ko si INZ ang dami talaga tinatago eh! Hindi talaga fair and they're not being transparent with their processes.

loverofsummer I’m sure you would know the difference but afaik your workplace functions under the something something Act of 1989. Still government and the Crown probably owns it. What’s an ICA though? I’m getting more than one hit on Google.

ajinnzed it might be worth you getting a licensed adviser at this point. Might be worth hiring a professional to prod INZ along.

|
|
Post by allune on Jan 19, 2020 19:33:47 GMT 12
mab 6 months lang valid ang police clearance for INZ use actually... If I remember correctly sa opsmanual, merong instruction dun na may right ang CO to ask for new evidence A5.10 Police certificates b. If police certificates become a year old from date of issue before a decision on an application is made (see R2.25), immigration officers may request further police certificates as a basis for determining an application. c. An immigration officer may also request further police certificates within the 12-month period if there is good reason to do so. www.immigration.govt.nz/opsmanual/#41439.htm

Received our ITA. Now preparing for the documents!
