annerkz nareceived ko na yung documents last Monday. if you have submitted original docs yun yung mga ibabalik nila. In my case, July 10 ko sinubmit yung akin then it was delivered sa Penrose the following day.

pxxxxxxxxxxxxxxResident visa has travel conditions (RV will lapse if travel conditions expire outside NZ) but the permanent resident visa has no travel condition. PRV still has to be applied for once you have satisfied the requirements to be granted one (commitment to NZ, stay period in NZ, tax residency status etc)

pxxxxxxxxxxxxxxIf you're talking about PR in terms of Visa: For the Residency via WTR, pwede ka makakuha ng PR visa if you meet the ff conditions: RW2.1 Eligibility for a permanent resident visa A permanent resident visa may be granted to an applicant under Talent (Accredited Employers) work instructions who: - meets all the requirements to be granted a residence class visa; and - at the time of their application for a residence class visa, has employment in New Zealand with a minimum base salary of NZ$90,000. If you're talking about PR where for example tinatanong ka ng banks kung Permanent Resident ka na pag nag-aapply ka ng credit card etc, then I say yes even though Resident Visa with travel conditions pa lang meron ako and wala naman sila angal.

Hi!
We lodged our application and requirements last November 2018, nag follow up lang ng ibang requirements by December & January 2019 and we complied, pero up until now wala pa rin kami naririnig sa CO namin. Although in the last email, he mentioned na maximum date for the result to be given is by September 2019, which is this month na. My husband(main applicant) already emailed na CO for a follow up, but still no reply. Ok lang po bang mag send ulit ng email sa CO namin for follow up. Sobrang tagal na po hinintay namin, at talagang ganun po ba tlaga ngayon, sagad sa date of releasing the result. 😔

suggestion lang kabayan try mo tawagan ang INZ call center napaka helpful nila. had a situation na wala rin ako balita about my application then after I called them tsaka ko lang nalaman ang next step. dahil yung Immigration officer assign eh hindi man lang nag email then after I call them biglang nag email yung CO after a week

ajinnzed If your complaint would affect your application then what does that say about the values of the country you’re moving to? There’s nothing in the opsmanual that could back a denial dahil lang sa dami ng email mo or sa dahil nagreklamo ka sa mabagal na serbisyo. If they set a deadline for themselves and they did not deliver by that date then all good if they’re replying to your queries as to why. But then you’re not getting replies so that’s the basis of your complaint.

ajinnzed Hindi dapat nagbigay ng deqadline ung CO niyo sana estimated time frame lang with a big disclaim na its just a guide. Yeah, it could have been better para sa feel good but there shouldn't be any issue sa paglipat niyo ng bahay and sa pagpunta ng parents niyo. You can always send an email to update them on your new mailing address. Send a cover letter na you actually want to sponsor them but due to the longer than usual RV application niyo eh iinvinte niyo na lang sila. In short life will go on with you regardless how long matapos ung application niyo so relax lang and wag masyado mastress

actually lilipat na rin po kami tlaga house pag pasok ng October, sinabihan naman kami ng immigration to just let them know if naka lipat na kami bagong address.
and kaya gusto na rin po namin sana malaman yung result ng RV application namin kasi gusto na po umalis ng hubby ko(main applicant) sa work nya. kung di kami maapprove, iniisip nalang po naming umuwi nalang for good sa pinas.

ajinnzed after lodgement ng ITA until sa result ng RV is one of the most brutal wait times talaga maexperience mo, in my case I checked my phone's email every hour for Mon-Sat for 4 months. bakit nman gusto na niya umalis? Most likely field nman niya yang work niya now kaya kau naeligible sa SMC so dapat masaya siya. Anu kaya reason bakit hindi kayo maaprove? Weak ba pinasa niyo application? Did you faked, withheld, or made a mistake somewhere?

Still unsure here whether to apply for SMC RV or wait for WTR PR. I am currently on a Talent (Accredited Employer) Work Visa, working for the govt and have a salary higher than the 'high remuneration threshold'. My dilemma now is if I should wait another year or so for WTR and derecho PRV cos of the salary or apply soon for SMC especially now na I heard may 'fast track' queue for people working for govt and may high salary threshold (but still no assurance? and might take longer)

jaccra I think if you're targeting citizenship, it's better to apply for residency right away. Sayang din kasi yung years of stay mo dito under a work visa, di nila ka-count. Another thing to consider is what if they tightened their rules again for gaining Residency?
