teo you can’t apply if your salary is not 25.00 per hour if employed in ANZSCO skill level 1-3 jobs... that’s what changed in recent years. If you applied before 28 August 2017, then your pay wouldn’t have mattered unless if it’s below market rate.

Una pumasok agad sa isip ko gagamitin kaya nila ito para maging company manager sila one by one to get the required skill level and they will dictate their own salary.

Salamat po divhon. May isa pa po akong tanong. Pag nagsubmit na po ba kami ng application for residency at hindi pa naaprobahan bago ma expire yung student visa ko at open work visa ng asawa ko, pwede po bang mag apply kami ng post study work visa para sakin at work visa under partnership para sa asawa ko? asawa ko po yung principal applicant for residency. Salamat po ulit.

Most likely pwde nman but just on the safe side, Bakit hindi mo na lang muna antayin ung post study work visa mo para cgurado? Diba 2 years na binibigay sa inyo?
Napakahirap bilin or madalas wala kang mabibiling peace of mind. Hindi nman mapapanis ung residency application niyo at wala nmang nagbabadjang pagtaas ng puntos at salary requirements sa EOI kung meron man usually Nov pa ito pinapatupad kaya no need sobra magmadali.

hanna09 I suggest you seek the help of an immigration adviser para lang for strategy. I would say too to apply sooner rather than later... INZ had become too strict in the last three years and they can change their minds tomorrow. This is coming from someone who knows someone who was negotiating his salary most of 2018 then the Nov 2018 change came. What a sigh of relief he got when the increase he got was enough for SMC. Paano kung hindi though? He would have been back to square one. And it’s not easy to find another job. Should be easy for uber-qualified ones... pero para dun sa kailangan pang mag-negotiate, maghanap ng better work etc... time is ticking when you are on a temporary work visa. It does take a toll on your overall being. I should know, I’ve been on (different) temp visas the past 3+ years and every time INZ changes something... I almost was always affected.

Hi everyone, I joined PK July last year, and learned about this forum through a friend. Ive been reading topics here since then but never posted anything yet. I arrived here in NZ last August, 2018 under ESV and currently based here in Christchurch. Im planning to apply for a resident visa through SMC and hopefully makapag submit ng EOI by April after I completed all the requirements. If claiming points for skilled work experience, kelangan po ba mameet all of the conditions below? "You can only qualify for points for your work experience if: -you have skilled employment in New Zealand, or -the work experience you are claiming is in an area of absolute skills shortage, or -the work experience you are claiming was gained legally in a labour market that is comparable to New Zealand" Nameet ko naman yung first two conditions pero hindi yung last since yung work experience ko is sa Pinas and hindi na sya included sa list ng comparable labour market. Medyo tricky kasi yung question, i just want to make sure na maconsider pag nag claim ako ng points. 2. Second concern ko po is regarding sa question about health. I've included my wife and children sa application and may tanong sa "R5. Has been exposed to or diagnosed with any infectious or communicable disease?". Yung 2nd child ko kasi was admitted last year sa hospital due to pneumonia na gumaling naman after a few days. Hindi ko alam kung considered na infectious/communicable disease ang pneumonia and kelangan ko ba sya ideclare. Parang may nabasa kasi ako dati nagka primary complex yung anak nya before and hindi nya nadeclare and unfortunately immigration found out when they underwent medical examination, then it became the reason nareject yung application nila. Need your advice po especially those who were in the same situation before. Maraming salamat po! godbless po sa lahat!

Jude1. All you need is the skilled employment in NZ. If you claimed points sa AASS then ofcourse dapat andun sa LTSS list ung employment mo. 2. Kahit saang part ng application mo honesty is the best policy. I mention mo lang sa cover letter mo na naospital ung anak mo before kasi ng ka pneumonia and gumaling nman without any issue.

1. It says "OR" so just one po from those will do. 2. Declare everything po to be sure. Better safe than sorry.

Hello po. Pwede po bang manghingi ng advise. My husband is on a Post study Visa po while I am on a work visa with no restrictions Currently working po as Office Manager sa isang SME non-accredited employer Ideally daw po yung mister ko sana ang mag apply as main applicant for SMC since yung linya nya po yung nasa Long term skilled shortage list Ang kaso nahihirapan po siyang makakuha ng work sa linya niya kaya he is now in a call centre Would it be wise po ba for me to apply as the main applicant for SMC or wait na lang po for my husband to get a suitable work? Ang hirap po kasi ng waiting game - nakakastress hanggang sa nagkakasakit na ako sa kaka-isip Grateful po for any advise Salamat in advance

kawaranai Actually that is the best strategy. Lalabas 2x better ang chances niyo to land residency. May mga cases na hindi pa tapos mgaral ung student nakakapag residente na sila dahil sa lakas ng application ng partner. If you can reach the requirements for salary, skill level and points then go for it. Wag maganatay sa walang kasiguraduhan. Finding a suitable work is more often not good enough sa current immigration changes.

joanang08 Parang plastic folders ata pinaglagyan ko ng documents ko nun for ITA tapos sinuksok ko lang sila sa plastic mail envelope ng NZ Post for delivery.. haha bakit daw di pwede? May ni-cite bang sources? Ang nakita ko lang naman sa email ng CO ko nun e: You have four months (your ITA period) to submit your application for residence to INZ. Send it securely and to the address in your ITA letter. Be sure to get it to us before the expiry of your ITA period.

Good luck and God bless joanang08 I submitted mine using a clearbook then nakalagay sa plastic envelope from INZ (last year kasi pwede pa i-drop sa Queen street office nila ang docs). Para organised. Lol! They returned the clearbook to me along with the originals.
