Hi all, Just got an offer in NZ 2 days ago, waiting for Immigration lawyer ng company to communicate about the Visa process.. i know that requirements are needed and gusto ko sana magprepare na ng requirements kasi other documents will take time... meron po ba makakapagshare ng requirements para may idea ako..I think WTR and iaapply.
yon po bang validity ng WTR nakabase sa passport expiry? Less than 2 yrs na lng kasi passport ko, should I renew now before visa application or it doesn’t matter..

I think your passport is fine as long as you will be able to come here soon. Dito ka na mag-renew. I don't think your WTR will be based on your passport expiry. Pwede kasi i-transfer yung visa sa new passport. Most recently wala nang sticker, paper na lang yung visa kaya kahit anong valid passport gamit mo.

darkvenom78 your passport expiry does affect the visa validity. INZ won't grant a work visa beyond the validity of your passport. If you use your current passport, you're likely going to have to apply for a label transfer in NZ to get the "balance" of the time you'd be eligible for. It's gonna save you fees to renew now.

Hi po,
My question lang po ako regarding WTR under ng long term visa. Currently I'm holding WTR under ng long term visa and 9 months na ako sa role. My nakaexperience po ba na magchange ng position pero same pa rin ng company?
Yung company ko po kasi nagoffer ng bagong role sakin internal hiring lang din po and worry ko lang po ksi pag tinanggap ko ung role at nag variate ako ng visa baka maapektuhan ung WTR ko at magback to scratch na naman ako.
So medyo nagdadalawang isip po ako kung tatanggapin ko o hindi at hintayin ko na lang ung residency ko next year.

Hello anne yung friend ko WTR under LTSSL holder din dati (RV na siya ngayon under SMC) and naka-experience siya to change her role. Nagprocess lang siya ng variation of conditions (guided by a License Immig adviser - included sa benefits nila sa company na pinagwworkan nya). As long as nasa LTSSL parin. Can you confirm that you meant long term skill shortage WTR visa holder ka? |

Hi pepper, Oo LTSS WTR ung visa ko ngayon. Hindi na kasi ako nag EOI kasi ang dami pang requirements lalo na ung ielts na kailangan ko ulit kumuha kasi expired na ung dati ko. Ung WTR ko ngayon require lang to work sa company for 2yrs tapos makakapafile na ako ng residency next yr. |

Hi! question po. Just got a job sa aged care po as RN. Ano po ba ang best work visa to get para sa pathway ng residency kung my mas ok ba para mas mapabilis? Essential skilled po ba or mag LTSSL visa? Pa enlighten nmn po. SALAMAT!

Hi guys,
Just want to double-check My LTSSL visa will expire this November 3rd week but I already submitted another LTSSL and called immigration. They mentioned that I will be given an interim visa automatically. Is this true that no action needed on my side as long as I submitted the new LTSSL visa application?
I also wonder if this will affect my SMC application because I submitted 3 months ago but still in-progress. Is it fine to have 2 ongoing visa application? Thank you.

Hello mga kabayan!!! naka open work visa po ako and i'm planning to from my wife and my youngest child. 18 years old n sya and matatapos sya ng high school this year s pinas. Ang tanung ko po, anu magandang visa ang i apply ko s knya.. student or visitor or may iba pang option. ang worry ko kc nde ko kyang ipasok d2 s UNI kc mahal masyado.
