@formulashp Hello. I think both if you've been in SG for a year or over. See below, that's from the immigration website: If you are 17 or over, you must provide a police certificate from:
- your country of citizenship
- any other country where you have spent 12 months or more over the last 10 years, even if you did not spend that 12 months all in one visit.

@formulashp Yes. Hindi ko lang po sure if pwedeng sabay or you have to wait for the work visa first. I'm sure meron thread here about partnership visas. Ito po sabi sa website: You can’t include a partner or dependent children in your work visa application, but they can apply for visas based on their relationship to you.And please refrain from quoting po. Thanks

@formulashp Pwede pong sabay and group application technically.

Sa mga work visa holders medyo be mindful lang sa mga requirements from the PH side of things ha when you go home. Baka maipit kayo sa pabalik ng NZ.
My friend who is on a work visa supported by employer decided not to go home muna kasi baka maipit daw siya sa OEC requirement.

@formulashp the short of it is as soon as you meet the requirements set by INZ (i.e. points and have the documents to support the claimed points).
Read up INZ website over and over to research your next steps. Prepare your documents and maximize validity of existing ones like NBI, medical etc.
Goodluck
