Holder must take up employment offer within 3 months of 1st entry to New Zealand and remain in that employment for a period of at least 3 months. Hi to all, curious lang ako dito sa condition s49 na ito. Sabi kasi within 3 months of 1st entry dapat may employment na. Can someone shed some light regarding this? |

Sec.49 is actually what you call lang kapag may visa condition ang isang visa na granted. But yung details is depende sa situation. Sa case ni markq, he have a job offer while on going yung SMC application nila. So nawaive yung interview niya and was granted RV with sec. 49 which is ang details need niya magtagal don sa employer niya for 3 months. Lets wait din input ni markq |

Ito good explanation...nakita ko somewhere. :) The Section 49(1) will have been because part of your points which got your EOI selected were down to a job offer - you had to take up the job within three months of arrival, and work at it for three months, after which, still working there, you contact INZ and they will replace the visas you now have with Residence visas WITHOUT that condition. Then nabasa ko ren na itong condition na ito prevents you to become a sponsor... so kailangan maalis mo ito to be eligible to sponsor someone, like visitor visa. INZ 1025 - Sponsor Temporary Entry Who can be a sponsor? To be a sponsor you must be: • a New Zealand citizen or the holder of a New Zealand residence class visa (if you are the holder of a resident
visa that is subject to conditions under section 49(1) of
the Immigration Act 2009, you are not eligible to be a
sponsor), or

Thanks markq, naliwanagan na ako. Naisip ko lang, just in case mabigyan ng residency visa with condition ang principal, the same condition applies din ba for partner? |

Hmmm.... applicable lang sya sa principal applicant.. pero yung visa ng partner mo may nakasulat din na condition... so nung na meet ko na yung requirements pinaalis ko ang condition, pinadala ko kasama yung passport ng wife ko. :)

Hindi po ako makapaniwala n nagsusulat na ako sa forum na ito! Sa wakas ay natuldukan na ang aming matagal na paghihintay. Sa lahat po ng bumubuo ng pinoykiwi, lubos po kaming nagpapasalamat magasawa sa walang sawa ninyong pagsagot sa aming mga katanungan. Napakalaking tulong ng forum na ito sa bawat aspeto ng application. Papakoks, mayagx, tinkerjhings, jade, md - ilan lamang sa mga pangalan na madalas kong makita - salamat. Para kay boofman na kasabay naming naassign sa co - malapit na yan. Akosilalin - eto na!!! Galingan mo sa interview. At hndi po natatapos ang pagiging member ng pinoykiwi sa pagkakabigay sa amin ng RV. Umasa po kayo na susubukan namin tumulong sa iba pang applicant sa abot ng aming mkakakaya.
At sa mga naghihintay, kapit lang. Have faith, be positive and always pray. Ibinigay ito ni Lord in his time and in our case , it's perfect timing.
Salamat po ng maraming marami.
