Question, upon approval of RV. When ka pwedeng bumalik ng Pinas? I mean how soon ka pwedeng umuwi...For how long ang need maximum i-stay sa Pinas? Thanks po. Hi Genean, Yes, pwede kang byumahe, but meron condition. Please see below. --------------------------------------------------------------------- Your resident visa will allow you to travel in and out of new Zealand (as a resident) for a specified period of time only – usually 24 months. Once this time period concludes, your next step is to apply for a permanent resident visa (PRV), which will have no time limit on your travel conditions - meaning, you are able to travel in and out of New Zealand (as a resident) at any time, as long as you have the permanent resident visa in your valid passport.

[Stated in our Visa]Conditions: This visa is subject to to conditions imposed under s49 immigration Act 2009. Holder must take up employment offer within 3 months of 1st entry to New Zealand and remain in that employment for a period of at least 3 months. [Stated in our Approval Letter]
Section 49(1) conditions Your resident visa is subject to conditions imposed under section 49(1) of the Immigration Act 2009. You must meet the section 49(1) conditions and provide written evidence to INZ within five years of the grant of your resident visa that shows you have met these conditions. If you do not meet these conditions, you may become liable for deportation. We suggest you provide evidence that you have met the conditions as soon as you are able to. Under section 49(1) you must: * take up your offer of employment within three months of the grant of your resident visa; and * remain in that employment (or another position of employment that meets the requirements for skilled employment) for a period of at least three months; and * inform your nearest INZ branch of your residential address; and * provide written evidence within five years of the grant of your resident visa showing that you have met the above conditions. If you meet the section 49(1) conditions, and provide sufficient evidence of this to INZ, they will be removed from your resident visa. Please inform INZ of any issues that may impact on your ability to meet the section 49(1) conditions as soon as you can. question... pano kung may section 49 ka then suddenly ni terminate ni employer contract? Hmmm basta tumagal ka ng more than 3 months.. I think valid pa ren. pero opinion ko lang yun. wahehe di ko talaga alam paano if ganon nga ang case. Meron bang naka experience dito? pa-share naman. =)

On behalf of my better half denz, we wanted to express our gratitude to all our Pinoykiwi family and friends. This post is long overdue, but we opted to spill the good news the time na nareceived na namin ang passports namin with RV label. And yes, approved na po ang RV namin (with section 49 visa condition), thanks be to GOD! You all know, that my partner as the principal applicant was given a JSV. Last January, he flew to NZ full of hope that he can easily land a job. But sometimes, things don't happen the way that we wanted it to be. The first month, was bearable, but as days passed by being unemployed started to dampen his high spirits. Nandoon yung almost gusto niya ng bumalik sa Pinas at pinanghihinaan ng loob, idagdag pa yung fact na first time namin maghiwalay as family. But GOD never fail us, sabi ko nga, hindi naman siya makakarating doon kung hindi naman kaloob ni GOD. Exactly on his 75th day, he was given a Job offer. After 1 week at work, nagsubmit na kami ng mga documents needed para maprocess ulit yung SMC, after 15 days, we received an email from our new Case Officer (Christchurch Branch) introducing herself and informing us that all our documents from Shanghai was already transferred to her. Then after 2 days, the Case Officer called hubby asking for some questions (I don't know if other JSV holders experienced that too). On the 6th day after hubby received the called from our CO, we received an email of status changed from INZ website. Grabe, iba pala ang feeling na mabasa mo yung status na approved na, muntik na akong mapasigaw, nyahaha. We requested for our passports (mine and kids)to be stamped here in Manila.
