Same University Different Campus

hello po Good day po sainyo mga Pinoykiwi's and aspiring to be pinoy kiwi's na tulad ko, meron po sana ko tanong hihinge po ko ng advice kasi yung school ko ay listed as exemptions recognize ng NZ however ang question ko po yung school namin ay may dalawang branch/campus isa po sa Manila isa naman po sa Dasmarinas Cavite not sure po kung exempted narin yung isang campus sa Cavite campus po kasi ako but same School name. baka meron po maka pag advise sakin yung need ko pa mag PAR or derecho nako thank you po.

papow12 hindi po automatic na iisa yung school exemption dahil pareho ng name. Minsan kasi completely separate ang management ng schools and magkaiba din ang quality. Best nga na mag PAR pa din.

Mga sir/mam, may tanong lang po ako. Graduate po ako sa Mapua Makati ng Bachelor of Science in Information Technology ang aking Diploma po ay issued sa Manila. Nag apply po ako ng PAR at nakuha kong rsukts ay Level 5. Ask ko lang po kung based from their assessment naging issue ba yung nilagay ko na nag aral ako sa Mapua Makati at hindi sa Mapua Manila? Kung kaya naging score ko ay Level 5 sa PAR? Thanks po.

hi kijuan, that's sad! kaw pa lang nakilala kong Mapuan na Lv5 ang nakuha. AT BAKIT mo kailangan ng PAR eh nasa list ang school natin lalo na IT ka? (Disclaimer: I'm not mad.. hehe) see Qualification Exempt from Assessment

And to answer your question about the Makati campus, hindi po tayo tulad ng UP na separate entity yung mga ibang location. Considered po yung Makati campus na "School of IT" ng Mapua so hindi sya hiwalay.

Ganun ba, nag try kase ako ng EOI last Oct 2015.. At yun clnaim ko na points na degree holder ako sa Mapua.. Hindi nila nirecognize sabi kelangan ko daw dumaan sa NZQA at mag pa assess.

Kailangan ko po bang ilagay na Intramuros Manila instead of Makati? Or kapag po ba nag IQA ako mas maliliwanagan sila sa aking application dahil supported po ito ng mga valid documents? Thanks in advance

ano po nakalagay na address sa transcript?

Mejo particular po ang NZQA sa school, magkaiba po sa kanila ang Mapua Intramuros (exempt) at Mapua Makati (non exempt). UE Manila (exempt) UE Caloocan (non exempt), kaya po pagbinasa ninyo ang LQEA naka emphasize duon ang location (like UP Baguio, UP QC, UP Manila etc). Kung school name lang din edi sana hindi na nilagay ang school location.

So kung ang ilalagay ninyo ay Intramuros then pag nakita nila na Makati ang address baka may negative effect

Salamat po sa payo, nasabi po ni cyphrik na ang Mapua Makati daw po ay considered as one sa Mapua Manila. Chneck Ko ang aking transcript at hindi nkalagay ang address, pero nakalagay ang school na Mapua Insitute of Technology ang logo po ay mern nakalagay na Manila, Philippines. Ang aking diploma naman ay picture ng Intramuros Manila at nakalagay ay Manila, Philippines din. Anu po ba ang dapat kong gawin?

i see now where the problem is, dapat hindi mo ginamit na address ang Makati as I've said hindi sya separate na entity therefore dapat Manila address ang nilagay mo and don't mention anythig about "Makati". That's exactly what I did and just so you know, yan ang una kong thread nung nagsisimula pa lang ang PK. And if you're still in doubt, tinawag ko pa yan sa Registrar ng Mapua (both Makati and Manila) to confirm. So I advise you to update your EOI or explain to your officer your mistake.

Hi cyphrick currently nag submit nako ng PAR at ang result is Level 5.. Shall I call the NZQA and explain to them my mistake or shall I go to EOI? Or apply IQA and change the address from Mapua Makati to Mapua Manila since I will be submitting my documents to them. Thanks in advance

hi kijuan, para sure email both NZQA and INZ support to explain everything and ask them for formal advice before you proceed with your applications.
