Tanong ko lang po kung meron sa mga students natin na kumuha ng student insurance NOT from school but directly sa insurance provider sa Pinas.
How much po and anong insurance company? Mahal kse yung recommended ng school ko kay I'm exploring other options. Thanks.

Ang tanong, mabilis ba magclaim in case may mangyari? Sa SG ba yung tinutukoy mo is travel insurance?

papakoks You have a point there, naisip ko din nga yan... nananaig lang ang pagkamatipid kse.. hehe. I appreciate your advice and input. Thanks din magikero

That's a very good point papakoks, I have a Pinoy friend in Australia, he bought his GF travel insurance from PH when she flew there to visit, she got sick during the visit and spent a couple of days in the hospital. Being a visitor, she wasn't eligible to public funded healthcare so they shouldered the expenses themselves hoping they can claim it back from the insurer later. Unfortunately, the insurer declined the claim for some reasons. He said he didn't bother sorting it out because he knows how it is to deal with organisations back home and it was too much hassle considering he's in Australia and they're thousand of miles away. You might pay a little extra if you get it here but I can say firsthand that dealing with insurance here is much easier than back home. Ano ni Moose

good day everyone. am currently accomplishing my IANZ student application form may section po dun regarding medical insurance. Thank you po!

samen UNICARE ung ka tie up ng school sila din nagprocess for a year 660NZD ung binayaran. sobra dali kausap ng unicare and ang ganda ng serbisyo. Nung nayolanda ang parents ng isang student before umuwi ung pinoy (personally interviewed him), as a humanitarian act binayaran ng unicare ung travel expense nung student, ang lupet diba. Non health or welfare related na act of god pa pero good service pa din.
