Im on the stage of searching which school is which(sorry po! choosy lang?). Maybe some of you can help us on this with consideration of few basic factors like costs, location, size, social life, personal reference etc. ty!

Depende kung anong programme, may school na maybe in your preference kaya lang hindi naman nagooffer ng programme na gusto mo, pero normally ang course fee is ranging from 17k to 18k ( level 7)

I'm studying in Rotorua Waiariki Institute the business course here for level 7 and 8 is NZD 19500. Maraming nagbubusiness course dito since mas mababa ang cost of living pati life style dito compared sa big 3 cities ng NZ.

Normally it will start in Feb and July, kaya kung may plans ka , may time ka pang magayos ng papers para sa Feb intake.

Hi departure
Depende kasi sa kukunin mong programme.Ang importante kasi maforecast mo what will happen after you complete the programme , kaya dapat clear sa iyo kung anong job ang available saiyo sa natapos mong programme., at the same availability ng part time job habang nagaaral.sa lugar na yon.
Then, hanapin mo yon school based on that perspective.
(e.g the programme they offer,location kasi at least habang nagaaral ka may prospect ka nang mga company , normally mas marami sa City, and ofcourse the reputation of the school in New Zealand) EIT is one that you can consider .

Hi po! Im a new member and i have had plans of applying for a student visa in new zealand. I am interested sana in applying for the scholarship offered by your university. Can you pls help me po how to go about this? I went to the website and i am kind of confused. Dapat po ba i should apply to the school first and i should have a letter of acceptanve from them before i can actually start applying for a scholarship? Thank you so much! |

Thanks for the reply. Pinagpipilian ko ngayon is EIT and CPIT. With EIT, I think they have a good program same with CPIT in the IT-Software Diploma. The only thing with EIT, kasi nasa Napier sya and industry daw dun is more in winery. But, I'm not sure yet kasi i just started reading on the two schools.
Anybody here can give an insight with CPIT in Christchurch?

I called the embassy and they told me to call the school directly. And so i did kaso when i reached the university the person on the other had difficulty hearing me clearly probably because of a problem with the phone. Kaya sabi nya through email nlg daw. And now im waiting! Hopefully theyll emaik back. Thanks again! |

Thank you!  kaso marami pa talaga akong tanong kasi im still confused sa process ng pag apply. Nursing kasi yung undergrad and yung masters ko pero sa univ of waikato wang health sciences na course so i dont know kung ano ba yung fit sa qualifications ko kaya nag email ako sa kanila asking for advice. Tanong k lang po, are you studying at Univ of Waikato now? How is it there po? Thanks again! |

jezzinemarieOh my wala ako alam about sa Waikato Uni my ex is from Hamilton marami siyang friends na Grad dun aside from that sorry wala na akong alam, pero at the moment nag cocontact din ako ng schools kasi naghahanap din ako sa field ko ang parati nila sinasabi eh send ko ang resume para makita nila kung san ako pwede at ung qualifications ko.Yung CV mo nga pala basa ka sa mga threads kailangan Kiwi style kasi yung akin binago ko rin before ko pinadala iba siya sa style natin.Sinabi ko na lang din yang sa CV kasi muntik ko na ma send ung pang pinoy.Nasa Cavite po ako now.

Hi guys! id like to ask for suggestions sana on other schools that offer scholarships and discounts for Filipino students? Initially I wanted to apply at Univ of waikato but I kinda found their tuition fees more expensive (within the 25k to 30k range) esp their Masters program. And their PHd is cheap but it takes 3 years  ( if 10k yung maximum na offer nung scholarship, parang expensive pa rin yung tuition. I hope may mga suggestions po kayo kase gusto ko sana healthcare related courses. Na appreciaye ko po talaga yung forum na to and I hope any of you can help. Thanks! |
