Nung malapit ko na pong matapos basahin ang book of John,I came across John 21:12 where Jesus said "Come and have breakfast". Ayun po the next day full course breakfast haha

I am on my planning stages and i've been searching here and there and madami din po akong nababasa about how difficult it is sa paghahanap po nang trabaho pagdating sa NZ. I'll be a future student visa holder so I'm only able to work 20 hours a week. Ang question ko po is, is it advisable to search for jobs and apply online?

chizmeister ililipat ko itong thread mo to merge with the other student thread ha. Anyway it's good na you are doing your research before ka pa pumunta dito. Meron yung Buhay Estudyante Buhay Flatmate etc. Yung ibang students IT ang field and cleaning ang work. Or business ang course tapos tindera/tindero ng dairy/convenience store. Malalaman mo rin na yung 20 hours of work mo may not be enough in terms of inisip mong budget e.g. if you compute na minimum wage. Students and new migrants get abused here na hindi nababayaran ng tama. Sent from my GT-I9505 using proboar1ds

chizmeister , kung student visa ka, highly unlikely na makakakuha ng work from overseas...dito ka na maghanap once nakuha mo na schedule mo sa school...kasi you have to adjust your working hours according to your class schedule (hindi vice versa)...para hindi magconflict sa schedule...

I'm back to this thread again, sana may maka sagot sa question ko. Kapag maghahanap ng part-time job and alam mo na yung sched mo sa school, dapat ba mag send ng CV sabay sabay sa ibat ibang company para mas mataas yung chances or dapat paisa-isa lang at hintayin ang response muna then pag rejected send ng CV sa iba ulit? Which is right?

Heisenberg - There is no right or wrong way. It's all about being organised sa job hunting, building your network and of course figuring out what works best for you. There are job posts na advertised up to a certain date (2-4 weeks) tapos by the end of that period, tsaka pa lang nila titingnan yung mga CVs. There are those who respond right away, within a week or two. So long as you are able to keep tab of the status of each of your applications, then it would help you set the right expectations. Also, each application would be different kasi you'll be tweaking your CV and cover letter each time. Remember, there are companies na gumagamit ng software to filter the applications so if you only use 1 format of CV for all your applications, it won't be as effective. Hope this helps. This is just online applications. Isama mo na rin sa diskarte ang pag walk in or to do cold calling.

Hi guys,
Asking for a friend. Does anyone know if counted yung vacation leave or sick leave sa total 20 hours per week na limit? Thanks sa sasagot.
Cheers,
